I stayed at this property a year ago or so and it was great. We were able to enjoy the yard and fire pit in the evenings. The yard was mowed and looked presentable. Over all the house was clean. Unfortunately after this most previous stay I won’t be staying here again. The couch and throw pillows were gross. The couch had stains and an odor. I placed a clean sheet over it just to be able to sit. The yard was horrible!! It was so overgrown with weeds that we couldn’t use the fire pit. The chairs had weeds growing up around them. The cleanliness was ok, overall had a smell in the house. Old/mildew type smell. The cleaning service could be better.

Brandi was absolutely amazing with prompt communication and reassurance!! The location was perfect distance to all of the wonderful venues! We had tasty food, a memorable concert and lazy downtown shopping! We will definitely be going back! Thank you Brandi for sharing your home with us!

The place was clean, cute and comfortable. The only thing I would have wanted was a dishwasher and more glassware, including wine glasses. The host was quick to reply to any message that I sent her. I would stay there again when in that area.

Locating the property was not easy at all. Home is on a dirt road causing lots of dust which enters the house. Could not walk barefoot in the house because transferring dirt to bed. Could use a few more towels Speaking of beds the worst one I have ever tried to sleep in. We spent our second night in a motel. We knew the home was small and was ok with that as we were there for a celebration of life and would be there to basically sleep and prep a little food and sleep didn’t happen with that bed.

Was exactly what we thought it would be. Would have been nice to have fans to blow the air conditioning around the house better. The rolling twin beds were SO comfortable! We were very satisfied!!!!
