Was an exceptional stay at this home. Well stocked kitchen and the welcome snacks were more than enjoyed. The new walk-in shower was amazing and relaxing. The downstairs game room was a treat. The whole home made us feel special and cozy!! We will definitely be back. 5 stars .

The house was like a castle! Only place we have rented that actually stocked the place nicely, as stated, especially the kitchen! No worries on needing extra paper products nor trash bags! Hot tub was perfect! Both game area's where well used. The house has the perfect layout!! You could nap soundly while the rest of the house was full of activities & crazy: very impressive! We did experience a lil hiccup, Kyle was right on getting it resolved quickly! He even paid for our meal for the extra trouble we endured! Thank you, Kyle, for coming in person to check on us!! It was a pleasure to meet you!! We have so many memories from this trip: painted rocks, made bracelets, played dress-up, learned new games, nature hicks, didn't catch any butterflies-had blast trying! A few of us made S'mores for 1st time. The girl's absolutely loved the place & didn't want to leave, ever! Best part, you didn't need to leave the house for fun.....plenty of entertainment found. Absolutely the best house & owner we've ever rented from! We will be back!! Thank you for our pleasant stay. Extremely above & beyond the best! Our 4 families are greatful & blessed!!

Kyle, the host, was excellent. Stayed Dec 26-30. The house was perfect for us as a couple and 2 small families to have our own spaces. The children loved the game room, pool table and the 2nd table to play games. The view was nice and felt secluded. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to cook. We would stay again.

The host was responsive to our needs.

It was an amazing rental. Plenty of space and a great view. Lots of games inside and outside to do. Everyone loved the hammocks. Host was readily available when I had questions.

The house was very clean. We had everything we needed. The yard was well taken care of. There was so much to do both inside and out. We enjoyed the new game room in the garage. There was plenty of fridge space.The views were gorgeous. The house is nestled away in the woods, full of privacy. We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend. We will be back.

Kyle was very friendly and helpful. There was one missing shade on glass door, and he had it corrected quickly. Large house with nice amenities. We would definitely come back!

We had such a wonderful stay. It was the perfect place for our family to spend a long weekend together at. Everyone loved all the things to do, kids and adults alike. The rooms are big and spacious so you never felt cramped. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces as well. We also saw deer every morning! All in all it was just perfect and we had a great time. We would love to come back again and we will certainly 100% recommend to others! Thank you, the McKinney family.

The home met the needs of our family very well and was a joy for the kids. We made good use of the grill and really enjoyed the campfire. Also, the game room a lot of fun. Lovely space and yard - nice picnic table, but did not have time to use the hammocks.What could be improved:WiFi zone weak on the upper floor (needs a WiFi extender?) WiFi fine on lower levelMiddle bedroom lamp did not work (needs a 3-way bulb?)Dish Remote not located for upper level TVBeautiful neighborhood. The house is wonderful- great layout for a large family. The game room is extra special, particularly for the Buckeye fans in our group. Location, grounds and outdoor spaces are terrific. We had a few minor outdoor cleanliness issues that we noted to the owner. He was quite responsive.Thanks again for a great time!

The home was an ideal setting for a weekend getaway with friends. With 10 ladies, we had plenty of space for sleeping & sharing meals or hanging out plus the jacuzzi & game room provided fun memories. It was close to old man’s cave and Hocking Hills Winery which were our top picks for activities. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking to get away with a big group.

Property was perfect for my family ( grown children & grandchildren). Comfortable beds for everyone and an upstairs living room along with lower level living room. Plenty of seating for everyone. The house was up on a small hill with lots of trees and privacy - perfect for coffee on the decks in your PJ’s. Kitchen was equipped with lots of dishes, cooking pots/pans, cutting boards, utensils to make family dinners/breakfast which we appreciated. We loved they had several games at the house for our down times, along with seating on the front porch, top deck and lower level near the hot tub. House was layed out beautifully so you can enjoy time with family or space for a little quiet time for yourself. Hopefully we can return in the future.

The house is located in a really pretty area with lots of trees. It is secluded which was nice. The size was great for all 13 of us from adult grandkids - grandparents. We had one small problem with the coffeemaker which was resolved very quickly. We had a great visit in the Hocking Hills Area.

Property is well maintained and very centrally located close to hikes and breweries. Lots of seating throughout the house for parties of 10 which we always appreciate. Host was very responsive to our needs after a snow storm.

We celebrated our 8th annual New Years get together with a group of friends. This was the first time we stayed at this home and we absolutely loved it! It was so spacious and was a perfect home to create new memories.

Our children and grandson were thrilled with this house and the activities offered on the lower level. We took a hike nearby and ate BBQ at Millstone one day. We will definitely return.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with the whole family. We had wide range in ages and everyone enjoyed themselves. (3-1 yr olds,a 6-7-14-and 8 adults. I loved all the extras, like the coffee pods, snacks and towels for the hot tub. We had a issue with the propane tank. We sent a text and it was taken care of in a timely manner with a smile and a great attitude. My Grandson left his blanket behind. I sent another text, got a quick response and they are mailing it to me. We had a great time and the service they provided made us feel like family.

My husband and I decided to take our 3 girls and their families on a family vacation to somewhere none of us had been. This house accomodated all of us and was even nicer than i had anticipated. Kyle was very easy to communicate with during the entire process. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who plans to visit to hocking hills . We will definately be back. anticipated

The house and property are as advertised. Beautifully appointed with large rooms, plenty of seating and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor deck seating, and the firepit too. Property is close to many activities nearby, yet very private. The location was central to three families coming from three different states. We are already talking about coming back to this house next year. The owner is extremely pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this owner and property.

The house was great! Very spacious with enough room inside and outside for everyone to relax. Kyle was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great place for us to view the Perseid meteor shower!

Everything was perfect!!!! House is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Very clean and comfortable. I absolutely loved the property manager, no matter how many times i called/texted he answered or replied back instantly. I would recommend vacationing here, you would not be disappointed

The property is secluded and also near route 33. Wifi was great and dish network available. Multiple areas of the house to enjoy

We had a great weekend at the Rockbridge house. The property is secluded and beautiful. The accommodations were excellent! I would highly recommend this property!

We need a place large enough for 3 generations. We are senior citizens, millennials, gen z's and an infant. It's hard to find a place comfortable for all of us that includes up to date technology, nature and fresh air! Mission accomplished :-)

8 Girl Scouts (ages 10-15) and 5 parents were headed to Hocking Hills and needed a place to stay. This house was perfect! Many beds in one room for all the girls to stay together and there was plenty of space for the parents. Kitchen is Very well stocked! No need to bring pans, dishes, etc. we made meals with ease, lots of room to eat. Location is great too. 23 minutes from Old man, 7 min from High Rock Adventures, and 14 min from Canoeing! It was a great trip, and made possible by a house that we could all stay together in! Thank you!!
