Experience the feel of old New Orleans charm without sparing any modern amenities. Walk to Esplanade Ave. and City Park in minutes from this recently renovated 1890s shotgun home. Only a few blocks to the Fair Grounds or to Bayou St. John, as well. This residential area thrives with neighborhood bars, restaurants, and cafes, as is very typical of historic neighborhoods here in town. The close proximity to the French Quarter and Frenchmen St. is an added perk of Mid-City/Faubourg St. John. our

Stayed Feb 11, 2026Nothing but wonderful things to say about my stay here. Super cozy unit, exceptionally warm hosts, and a great location! I stayed for a week during Mardi Gras and John Michael and Emily were accommodating to my travel schedule, but also really genuine about answering any questions, making recommendations, and ensuring we had a great time! I personally plan to share this property to any of my friends considering a trip to New Orleans, and would recommend it to anyone reading!
