Stayed Dec 27, 2025While the house was a lovely, historic WPB house in a super location, as promised, and the system the agency used gave us a great connection for questions and to report problems, unfortunately, we did have to use it for issues with the house. The dishwasher didn't work (they fixed it by our final day and in fairness, it was over NY's so they did well to get right on it!) and a toilet over flowed. The biggest disappointment was that the 2 king bedrooms upstairs shared only 1 bathroom, and the 2 pool house bedrooms also shared a bathroom. The 3rd full bath was off the kitchen, so really useless other than to be used as a powder room / main floor toilet. Parking was a little tricky and needed my SUV to get off and on the curb, but we made it work.

The property management checked in with me a few times during my stay to make sure everything was alright and if I needed anything. It was the best VRBO experiences ever

Stayed Feb 24, 2024Six adults and two young children spent a week - pool/hot tub/patio area is awesome. Plenty of room to gather or be separate as the mood may hit. Easy walking access to City Square and Clematis Street- restaurants, coffee and clubs galore. Easy walk to parks, museum and microbrewery. Finally, communication with manager was superb. We would certainly return.
