Loved the property. Great space for family of 4 adults and 2 children. Fantastic outdoor fire pit in private backyard with a covered deck and barbecue. Short walk to main street and all the Christmas festivities. St. Augustine truly takes Florida Christmas to the max! Probably not bad during other times of the year. ? Highly recommend this property.
Perfect location
Cute & cozy place. LOVE the yard area.
We brought the family to st Augustine for the first time and had so much fun. The house was amazing and felt like a home away from home.
Super clean home. Kitchen was very well stocked they even had seasonings! Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay for the 4th of July week, walking distance to historic st. Augustine. Super close to beaches. The only downfall was parking on the street. It was a constant fight for parking. Had to pay for parking on the 4th because there was absolutely no space on Bernard st.
We stopped for a couple nights on our way home from a cruise. Our boys (who are 8 & 9) absolutely loved the game loft! Even without A/C up there, we had to pull them down for meals and going places. The backyard is quaint, quiet and a beautiful spot for relaxing after sightseeing all day. Everything you need wrapped into a small space. We would love to stay again and have sent the VRBO link out to several people already as a rec.
Wonderful place to stay! Pictures are as shown. They did a really good job remodeling the home. Easy to walk to historic town and the fort. There is a cute loft to climb up into and my teens loved it. There are no railings in the loft area which was fine for us however recommend keeping this in mind if you have small children who love to climb.
Cottage was beautiful. Many extras not listed, e.g. blender, outdoor tv, covered porch, multiple coffee pots. Short walk to downtown. Neighborhood was fine. Parking is tight. Would rent again.
Everything was comfy and cozy. Beds were comfortable and clean. Loved the kitchen and beautiful country sink. The colors of the home were soothing and the latter to the loft with games was definitely a plus!
Such a cute little cottage. Made us feel right at home and had everything we needed. So close to everything. The decor was so fitting and the back yard was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!
The 'cottage' was in a great location and was nicely appointed. It had everything and more that we needed.. Loved the outside spaces!
Very clean and spacious and thoughtfully renovated! Centrally located - We walked to most of the museums and downtown. The fire pit was nice addition since it was unusually cold during our stay.
AMAZING, cozy and quaint. Love this place. Off the beating path, but close to everything. This was truly a great experience. Thank you Dawn and Ray for a fantastic time. Will always book with you!
This historic house is in a great location, but the street will make you wonder. It seems like just a few old houses close together, but when you step onto the porch, you immediately know this one is different. Upon stepping in you see a wide open space, a surprise loft for small ones, and a beautiful kitchen--it even has a farm sink! The yard is a lovely space with a fire pit, a few porch games, an inexplicable outdoor shower head, and lovely seating. Oh! And a TV. There are at least eight TV screens at this property. We loved our stay. We felt comfortable and cozy and are looking for when we can come back!
The house was great, clean, it had everything we needed. It was walking distance from most attractions. We will stay here again.
This house is perfectly located, close enough to the beach but walking distance down to the center of town. I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay here again!
Check in and our process was simple and easy. Great location, tons of history.
This was the perfect home for our stay. We walked to downtown historic area and the other museums. My daughter loved playing games in the loft area. We roasted marshmallows by the outdoor fire pit. Overall we had a great stay and will stay here again! Thank you!
Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. From the A/C's in the bedrooms keeping us cool during a 92 degree day to the beautiful walk to the historic district, this house was perfect. Grilled out, enjoyed the back deck, ate at Raintree down the street. This is THE place to stay when in St.Augustine.
