Historic charm meets modern updates in this downtown Wilmington beauty, just down the street from the Historic District and Riverwalk, lined with galleries, restaurants, and shops. Wrightsville Beach awaits around eight miles east if you’re looking for something low-key. At home, start the day with coffee and end it with a cocktail at the patio table set into your private back yard. Inside, you’ll find a fully updated space still bursting with original details, like hardwood floors, crown molding, and exposed brick in the kitchen. The chef will adore the bright space, with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and a butcher block island. At mealtime, the kitchen opens directly to the dining room, or grab a bite in the inviting sunroom, with three walls of windows.
After a day at a downtown museum, shopping, or at the beach, come home to relax in the central AC. Stream the latest release or catch up on any lingering remote work at the desk before calling it a night in one of four well-appointed bedrooms. Another day of discovery - or just relaxing on the sand - awaits tomorrow.

Loved the house and location but not the cleanliness. Loved that across the street to a wonderful breakfast/lunch diner.
Pros: We loved the house and layout was perfect for our vacation. The master shower was to die for with constant hot water. The kitchen was huge and open. Well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Beds were comfortable Cons: The yard was unkempt, backyard lights didn’t work and there was a rat that runs around the interior of the house stealing food and peeing on the counters.
The process of renting the property was very easy.
Easy and enjoyable, no issues.
Plenty of room inside. Kitchen has the essentials. Internet access was either super-slow or completely non-existent. Nice central location in town. Glad the house has it's own alley parking. I would stay here again if we came back to Wilmington.
House was a good size with plenty of space and bathrooms, but no bath mats were provided, no hangers were provided, and no dressers in the rooms to store clothes. Yard could really use some work. It is situated between two busy streets and a train track - it was loud when trying to sleep. The house could really use some color as well - so minamalist!!
Well situated, restored home in Wilmington. Easy access to main road to beaches and to downtown Wilmington. Lots of space, although still rough around the edges.
