We could not have picked a better house! Loved the spotless house; loved all the authentic artifacts in the house; slept in the most comfy bed; loved short walks to coffee, restaurants & groceries; loved all the movie apps on the smart TV's. Could not ask for anything more!

There were six of us and only five available bedrooms in the main house. Though there are beds over the sunroom, I was afraid of going down the stairs at night. That is such a nice room but the makeshift runner on those steps seemed like a trip hazard. I can only imagine the upkeep costs of this house, but you may want to consider redoing those stairs. Also, the tall beds need little step ladders. I do not mean to be unkind, but I imagine others may have the same thoughts. I do appreciate you all trying to keep up this historical home.

The home is clean, comfortable and well appointed. There are pleasant historical rooms with antiques and oil paintings balanced by a modern and convenient kitchen and an up to date primary suite with adjoining office. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing.

Everyone was so easy to work with. We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at the house which turned out beautiful. Everyone enjoyed learning about the home and the history which was so cool!

We recently had the pleasure of renting a historical stonewall home in Gallatin, TN for our stay during Nash Camp. The location was ideal, offering a serene atmosphere while still being conveniently located near the camp activities. The home itself was a true gem, with plenty of room for our group and beautiful antiques throughout that added to the charm and character of the space. This stonewall historical home is unique and the historic feel made our stay truly memorable. We were impressed with the attention to detail in the home, from the carefully curated decor to the comfortable furnishings. It was clear that the owners had put a lot of thought and effort into creating a welcoming and enjoyable space for their guests. Overall, our experience renting this historical stonewall home in Gallatin was exceptional. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and unique accommodation in the area.
