Historic Spanish style home! Truly historic!.!. Built by the Philips brothers (Philips Petroleum) it is a historic home which boasts 1400 year old wood from a Spanish monastery throughout home. Basement was a functioning speakeasy during the prohibition era. You can still see the tunnel entrance and men’s potty at the bottom of the stairs while we are waiting to remodel it correctly. Stayed Jan 1, 2026I am a huge fan of antiques especially now that I am becoming one. Thus home has a huge wonderful history. Its nice to see and feel a home built so great. I didn't know when i rented I just liked the look of outside. Inside there are beautiful pieces of the past
