Historic Seaward Cottage Located Mins of Dock Square

Great house in a very well located neighborhood of Kennebunkport, walking distance to almost everything. The house was spotless, well equipped and communication with the owners was flawless. Would certainly recommend.

This house worked perfectly for my family. We were traveling to Kennebunkport with 9 adults and two small children. Beautiful fully stocked kitchen, two updated bathrooms, nice backyard with 2 fire pits! Everything we needed was in the house. Would highly recommend this home. Wonderful location within walking distance to town. Perfect!

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were so accommodating and responsive. The location was perfect - we walked into town everyday, and were grateful we didn’t need to worry about finding a parking spot! Would definitely recommend.

This home is beautiful inside & out. Modern & stylish with a comfortable & authentic Maine vibe. Everything from the deck furniture, fixtures, sofas, and gathering spaces (living room, kitchen) were beautiful & comfortable. We had 5 adults here for a long weekend & everyone had plenty of personal space & we greatly enjoyed our time together. The house is easily accessible from the Portland airport & major highways. Our group was able to walk into town for dining & drinks & shopping. Great jumping off point for adventures on the Maine Coast (Ogunquit, Wells Beach). Host was outstanding -- helpful, flexible, responsive, friendly & put everything in place for us to have a wonderful weekend. We hope to come back for another visit. Highly recommend.

Very clean and thoughtfully set up house. It looked recently remodeled. The yard was spacious and great for the kids to run around in. Located about a 8 minute walk to dock square.

This place was so beautiful and clean simply incredible. Everything we needed and more. We could walk to dock square and beyond with ease. FANTASTIC!

We enjoyed our stay at Seward Cottage. The house is very close to Dock Square and we walked to the square almost everyday. Access to 95 was not far off so we were able to easily visit Portland and Freeport. The house was very clean and the owners made check in a breeze. We loved it.

Our family from several states met for an extended weekend and this place was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone and the outside spaces were great when we just wanted to relax at the house.

Easy and safe 10 minute walk to downtown stores and restaurants! Private backyard with gas firepit . Communication and check in flawless. Owners awesome to deal with. We 8 sisters will be back!
