Historic Sea Captain's Home in Downtown Chatham

Property is perfect, exactly as advertised. Gorgeous location. Communication from NEVR could be better. Emails are poorly formatted with tiny print, important information is hard to find and inconsistent across different emails. All in all, just a minor annoyance. In person communication was great.

Kitchen was especially wonderful. While we love Chatham's restaurants, we also love to pick up goodies at the fish market and create great meals. The dining room accommodated us very well. Also, our guests noted that the mattresses were among the best they'd experienced in rental homes. My husband and I agreed. Loved that the linens were supplied. Also that soaps for all purposes except laundry were on hand. GREAT having two washers/dryers and dishwashers.

I traveled with a group of 10 women to Chatham and we stayed at this property. Everything about the stay was a 10/10. We were walking distance from everything beach, coffee, dinner, and going out. The house was also incredibly clean, comfortable and there was great communication from the property management team. Everything was seamless and several of the guests wanted the link to the house to rent in the future. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and could see it being very family friendly as well.

This was our first time to Cape Cod and we enjoyed it so much! The Priscilla house is conveniently located in the heart of Chatham with quick walks to the beach and many shops. The house was charming, comfortable and came with everything we needed! We fell in love with the area and will be back!

Thumbs up. Good communication and responsive. Location can’t be beat. Walk to beach or Main Street. Great for our big family group of all ages.

The stay was excellent in every respect. In town location right off Main St with spacious accommodations and a nice yard. Would definitely rent again.

Very convenient location for downtown Chatham. The kitchen, dining, and living room are very open and set up very nice for a family gatherings. Beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We had a large group stay at The Priscilla House and we really enjoyed our stay! The house comfortably accommodated our large group, the check in/out process was easy & the location was great. Less than a five minute walk into town. We really enjoyed the outdoor space in the back as well! Thank you for hosting us.
