Historic Rittenhouse Beauty With Free Parking

Excellent location, within walking distance to a great park, shopping and the Liberty Bell. Parking garage was also close by and their attendants had our car ready as soon as we requested it. Plenty of space for a large group. Host was very responsive.

We had a family of nine and there was plenty of room for all. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers & great location. It is also very clean! Walking distance to market stores, subway, shopping mall & restaurants. The owners were very accommodating & communicated well.I would recommend this home and we would stay again. Many thanks!!

Wonderful location. Host was responsive. Parking garage arrangement a bit fiddly. To retrieve our car required calling the host who then had to notify the garage.

We had a wonderful stay in Philadelphia! The location of the VRBO was great with several small restaurants nearby and a few markets where we could purchase supplies. Our host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I truly appreciated that. Our host was accommodating for all of our needs.The place was comfortable and offered lots of great spaces where our family could spread out and have time together or alone. It was a very comfortable place for our family. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The rooms were neither too hot or too cold. It was a great place to stay.

I had a great day at Abby‘s home and Rittenhouse Square. The location is two blocks from one of the best parks in the city, the kitchen was well appointed, the beds, extremely comfortable, and the outdoor space was exactly like the pictures and provided a beautiful gathering spot for our family for morning coffee.I’m truly thankful for Abby and her team for making our stay in Philadelphia so special!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay for our son's college graduation. Charming 3 story walk up with plenty of space for our family of 6 to spend time together. The location is also very nice - pretty street within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. We will recommend this to other families.

Abby graciously accommodated our group after an unexpected problem arose with the home we booked originally - house was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and in a perfect location adjacent to Rittenhouse square. Definitely recommended

House was spacious and perfect for marathon weekend. Primary bathroom shower didn’t drain well and the shower door on the other bathroom shower didn’t roll. There was no laundry detergent. Parking was a bonus

The location could not be any better. Walking distance to Rittenhouse Square. Located on a quiet street with a wonderful deck it is a quintessential Philly home. Kitchen and living areas are great and the mattresses were very comfortable. We had some plumbing issues and an issue with a door but the host was very responsive. Parking is in the garage 3 to 4 blocks away comfortable walk and the garage staff was great. Would definitely go back again.

We arrived Thursday and left Monday. The house was spacious (there were 5 of us), comfortable and very conveniently located near Rittenhouse Square. There were several restaurants and bars located nearby. Car parking was convenient but we walked (or took lublic transportation) everywhere so we didn't need to take the car out from the time we arrived until the time we left. I had a few questions upon arriving and got a quick response/resolution to my questions.
