Stayed Feb 16, 2024We loved staying in this historic house! The house was comfortable and very clean. I loved being so close to the art museum and Black Kite Coffee. The only thing that was a tiny bit frustrating is that the posting says there's a hot tub and there is not. I did not pick this place based on that, and I noticed there was no hot tub in the pictures so I suspected that this might be inaccurate or an accident in listing. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again!

Stayed Dec 1, 2023Our group was two adults and two and two 8-year-olds. The home was so welcoming: It was decorated for Christmas; there were snacks; there were great shower products. The beds were comfortable. If I need to stay in Toledo in the future, I'll definitely check this listing.

Stayed Oct 6, 2023Needed a place to stay for a weekend of ARCA Racing. Thomas was a great host, niece surprise upon our arrival. Had a few correspondence and Thomas got back to me quickly. Nice Arboretum across the street.
