Two bikes. 3 bedrooms (4 beds) ,open floor plan. Perfect place to relax in the heart of Mandeville.
The space
Fenced in dog run, plenty of porch space and under house outdoor living. Pool table , Fire Pit, bikes, Dart board, grill. High end appliances, washer and dryer ,Baby High chair, Pac and Play, High speed WiFi ,TVs in every room.Massage chair. Plenty of our guests have said they like to stay in Old Mandeville for the safe historic atmosphere and love the quiet woodsy private location of the cottage and New Orleans is 30 mins. away across the lake.

You get the whole Cottage! Key pad entry. Bikes and a Pool Table. There’s a public boat launch across the street. Plenty of extra free parking on Jackson Ave for large moving vans and trailers. Feed the sea gulls. You can explore the lake and bayous with Kayak tours. Google it.
Other things to note
Relax and enjoy the lake, neighborhood shops and restaurants. Remember, New Orleans is about 30min. car drive. Fontainebleau State Park is five minutes away. Local amazing restaurants that require reservations are -Gallagher’s 527 ( maybe the best steaks in New Orleans )

    Great stay at Michael’s place. Excellent location, clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Michael even stopped by to make sure all was well. Highly recommend Rips on the lake for a night out as well as the cute historical downtown area of Mandeville.

    Exactly as advertised. Property owner shared all needed info quickly and efficiently. No other contact required. Property was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. Check in and out process was quick with easy instructions to set up the cleaning crew to have the property ready for the owners to return to and enjoy or to allow the next guests to have the same experience we did. Excellent in every way. In case it helps anyone, we were 4 adults (family and long-time friends) and one 5 yr old child.
