Historic Oceanlake Cottage in Lincoln City, OR

Wonderful little cottage, we enjoyed it immensely!

Easy check in, we love the large dining table. Having the washer and dryer is extremely nice and not needing to pack as much clothing is appreciated.

We loved this cozy house by the beach! Bed was comfortable, it had everything we needed for a lovely stay. We will be coming back with our kids, soon!

Incredible communication with the host! It was stormy and this cottage was perfect— clean, cozy, and perfectly located!I didn’t see a fan for the oven, so you just have to be careful if you’re baking anything or the smoke alarm will go off.

Front deck is falling apart and dangerous. Needs to be repaired. Slippery and rotten.Bedrooms and beds very nice and comfortable. Didn't use the kitchen. There was no cable TV. Hulu, Netflix etc. TV was very small.

This was our 5 th year staying there. Love this Cottage and the people that own it are extremely nice.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. just a short walk to the beach and close to lots of local spots, including a fun taffy shop. The house was clean, cute, and had everything we needed. Our toddlers loved relaxing with the DVR (especially watching Finding Nemo), and the backyard was a great bonus for some outdoor play. Having a washer available was such a lifesaver for a family with little kids. Overall, a comfortable and convenient spot for a family getaway!

This was our second stay. We really enjoyed it. The location is great for walking to the beach or to eat. Can't wait to stay again

We stayed at the cottage for 7 nights. This was the second time we stayed here and we would love to stay again. As a family traveling internationally, we value the ease of communication and helpfulness from the hosts. The charm and authenticity of this old beach cottage is perfect to snuggle up in and enjoy the Oregon, Lincoln City coast. Come here, stay here, but please leave us a week in August! :-)

This cottage is lovely! It's nicer and bigger than it seems in the pictures and was very clean. It's a 2 minute walk from a huge, beautiful beach with tidepools! We had a great time.

We liked everything. Very convenient, cozy and clean. All amenities are provided. Very good shower and front deck. In reality everything is even better than in the photo. Thank you very much!

This was the perfect location for our little family. Plenty of space and just a short walk to the beach for some killer sunsets.

Nice location with easy walk to the beach, shops, and Catholic church. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with an additional slim set of bunkbeds in the laundry room. Has kitchen items that one would need: stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster. One suggestion would be to add a privacy lock on the bathroom door.

The cottage was very cozy and clean. Great location 3 minute walk to beach. This was our first time using Vrbo and the owner made the whole process super easy. Will stay here again!

We have stayed at the Oregon coast approximately 30 times over the last 20 ish years and it never disappoints. The cottage by the sea was perfect for our family as we like to cook our own breakfast and then head out for the day to play. The central location on the coast as well as in Lincoln City allowed us to get to where we were going quickly and the comfortable beds were clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet allowing us to recharge. There are a ton of movies and games to play and a nice deck facing the warm sun. It is a bit cozy…but the pictures don’t do it justice…would absolutely stay here again…thanks!

My daughter and I had a great trip and enjoyed staying here. The ocean is really close and it’s a quiet place to relax.

Clean and comfortable just right

We adored our stay at this cute little cottage. Perfect location and the place was comfortable and clean! We will definitely be back.

Such a cute cottage! Nicely decorated and clean. I just wish more friends could have come. It's basically a three bedroom, if you don't mind buckbeds in the laundry room. With just my friend and myself, we had plenty of space and had our own bedrooms.Nice kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. We're already talking about planning a trip to stay next year.

Nice and comfortable place to stay.

This is our second time here. So much fun and walking distance to beach.

It was just a 3 day getaway with our 87 year old friend. We took her to Bingo and to play slots. We had a great time.

We really enjoyed our time here again. This was our 3rd time staying at the cottage. We weren't able to get the DVD player to work, but that might have been operator error. We used the VHS side which worked fine. Highly recommend this place for families.

the cottage was great and good location. we had a little mouse but other than that all was great. on our mini vacation to Oregon and Lincoln City . we would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and we very happy with the house. It was better than the pictures suggested.

We had a wonderful stay. Beds were excellent, great amenities, and a nice beachy atmosphere. Be sure to bring your own blow dryer for all the ladies out there.

Very nice cottage.

This little cottage was a warm and cozy hide-away for a low-key weekend. We had a lovely time and would enjoy returning in the future.

This older cottage has been tastefully decorated with updated bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities. We three sisters (in 60s / early 70s) enjoyed a fantastic reunion and felt right at home on the Cottage by the Sea

My husband and I love this little Cottage. This year was our 4th year staying there.

Very sweet little house near the beach and close enough to hear the waves! Spent 3 nights here while taking an art workshop nearby. Saturday night got a little loud as young people checked into properties nearby and the kitchen was pretty tight so we moved some tchotchkes around to make room for groceries on the counter (property really didn't need so many decorations)...we enjoyed the house so much and I would stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Super cute. Beds slept well. Parking for small vehicles only. Ours was a tight fit. Would stay again. Internet went out so we had no TV or internet for most of our stay.

Clean, comfortable, very nice

It’s a quaint little place that was perfect for our small family. A short few minutes walk down to the beach and an incredible number of tide pools, even with young children in tow. Also just off 101 and all the specialty shops for easy wandering and access for traveling up and down the coast for any other activities or spots you’d like. And for the adults wanting the nostalgia, there’s a frankly incredible selection of VHS tapes available for quiet cool evenings after a long day wandering the beach.
