Historic New Orleans Gem - only 10 minutes- 4 Miles from French Quarter

Host was very accommodating very kind. House was BEAUTIFUL with some minor fixes necessary in the upstairs bathroom. Beds were so comfortable no complaints. Outdoor areas of the house were fabulous for gathering. House is a little far from downtown area (maybe 20 minute drive or so) but the neighborhood was wonderful and we felt very comfortable and safe. We made lots or memories in this home and not one complaint except we needed more bathrooms! :-) We would go back here without question. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY.

What a beauty!! 4 of my friends and I stayed in this Victorian gem for a few nights. More than enough room for us and a few more. Pictures are accurate. There’s a great little diner spot on the corner within walking distance. Easy to Uber to and from center of New Orleans. Would stay again!!Great communication with host.

The house was perfect for a girls getaway! Great, safe location. The house was perfectly furnished and set up for comfort. Has a great back porch and yard where we spent most of our time when at the house.

We had the best time. The property was uniquely cool and very clean. Everything we needed was supplied. The binder was a thoughtful gesture. Full of valuable information.

The property was plenty big to accommodate 9 college pals in town to celebrate a milestone anniversary. The property is large, over a century old and well maintained.

The place was very nice and clean. It was a mix of modern and classic styles in the house that made the stay welcoming and interesting.

Wanted to bring some things to your attention. 1) the house was not clean, dust all over, it appeared no one had cleaned the property in a while, house was hot upon arrival, temp at 85 degrees in house 2) dirty sock left behind curtain in front bedroom 3) hood vent in kitchen dirty-grease and dust, kitchen not clean, we did not cook or use stove and oven during visit 4) paper under tub in downstairs bathroom-not been cleaned 5)under all sofa cushions dirt and food items, all sofas need to be cleaned 6)door handle loose and fell off and broke, left upstairs 7)front door code did not work 8)light switches downstairs need coordinating 9)dining room chairs uncomfortable with no cushions 10)should place railing around back porch for safety 11)all door knobs are loose and need to be replaced/repaired,back door knob was taped 12) microwave keypad lights are not working properly, distorted 13)outside lights are shining into front bedroom, hindering sleep, to bright, suggest room darkening curtains 14)house needs some renovations/repairs and deep cleaning before renting again 15) pictures on site are not accurate

Beautiful property close to everything. Plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Will love to stay there again

This was a great house.....size was perfect for our group. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately the air upstairs stopped working after the first night. Host was responsive to all messages and calls.

The group of 10 slept comfortably. All emeneties listed were on point. Plenty of space for a small or large group of people. Highly recommend vacation home.

10 of us stayed here very comfortably! Nice to have bed rooms for all the adult children and their spouses. Plenty of room. It’s an older home and makes some noises but that’s all part of the charm. Grateful for the 2 showers on the 2nd floor. Couldn’t make the main shower work but we managed. Lots of room to eat, gather and enjoy each others company without feeling cramped. Thank you for helping us make great memories!
