This stunning home includes a private guesthouse with kitchenette and full bathroom. Private pool, jacuzzi, gas fire pit and gas BBQ grill. 2 minute walk to St. Joseph’s Hospital, 5 minute walk to light rail, and just blocks away from downtown. Fantastic restaurants,museums, sporting events, and entertainment venues just down the street.
The main house has 2 bedrooms downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 full bathrooms.
The living room and dining room open to a newly remodeled bright kitchen and butler pantry. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, modern stone counter tops and all the tools needed for meal prep and service. Beautiful wood floors and modern tile lead from one spacious room to another.
A mud room side entry and separate laundry are located on the main floor.
