Friendly, ultra-responsive owner, great bathrooms/showers, full kitchen & living room. Patio was giant & great for sitting outside with trees/privacy.

The property was the perfect size for our family. The place was nice and cute and the location was the best! The only thing I did not like about the property was the moth ball smell in the living room. The smell was not in the bed rooms. I would remove them because I bet more customers would prefer not to have that smell.

The beds were comfy and the house was clean. Its location being a short walk to downtown made it the perfect home base!

I needed a place to stay with less than twenty four hours notice and I’m soooo glad I found this one. It was perfect for what I was looking for, the home was clean, in a great location and the host was one of the most responsive, kind and helpful I’ve ever had.

Great location. Very private and quiet, but still very close to all the shops on Spring St. It was the perfect getaway for us and the house had everything we needed!

This was a really great location and home! I travelled for Christmas with my spouse and my kids and their partners. The host had a small Christmas tree up and we enjoyed that touch. I would love to stay here again!

We had such a great girls weekend at this cute little cabin close to downtown. It’s very nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen and all the rooms had comfy king size beds. The host was so accommodating and very quick with responding. We will definitely be back thank you for sharing your house with us

Okay —Needs more cooking supplies—pans -dishes -cookie tray —cooking Utensils —larger dish rack —pots and pans —0verall—kitchen had the most problems !! Parking was tight !! The patio was too dirty and uninviting —

Perfect place for our family. Well stocked kitchen, really comfortable beds, really nice bathrooms with good wayer pressure. Convenient to down town. I will stay again when we go back to Eureka Springs.Randy

This was a great place to stay. Very convenient, though parking could be a bit tight. The place had ample room and great bathrooms!!! The lighting in the kitchen and living room was rather dark. I will say our power went out during a storm and the owner was very responsive calling the electric company quickly and sending someone over with flashlights. Power was on in about an hour luckily. Good experience overall.

We were definitely unable to fit our truck and trailer onto the property but other than that we loved it. Great location and beautiful house

Great place, great location, great parking

The Autumn Bluff Lodge in Eureka Springs was a great setting for our reunion of college friends some 50 years later. We enjoyed the decks and front seating. Plenty of room for our three cars. It was a great spot for exploring a fun town. The three bedrooms all had good king beds. We got out the card table and chairs to convert the living room to a game room. I brought my analog stereo and turntable so we could listen to our favorite vinyl albums. The kitchen was well supplied. The tiled bathrooms were both very nicely done. We enjoyed the stay and recommend it for similar groups. This was a bargain. Try it.

Super clean and luxurious with plenty of room for the whole family! Quiet place within easy walking distance of downtown shopping and restaurants, and an easy drive to everything in the area.

The house was clean and close to restaurants. The table and chairs provided for games was a nice touch. The deck was wonderful. I do wish the electric fireplace would have worked. The Television in 2 of the bedrooms were not set up either. We all enjoyed ourselves very much 😇

We stayed historic main during the Eureka Springs Jeep Jam and loved it! The property was very spacious and comfortable plus it has an amazing location!

I am an allergy/ asthma sufferer. When I walked in there was a terrible mold smell. I had challenges breathing for the first 2 days. Not great for allergy/ asthma sufferer.

Check in and online rental was great. All of us (4) are over 65. The listing did not mention very narrow parking or the steps up to bedrooms- 3 steps to 2 bedrooms- then back down 3 steps to bathroom. Master bedroom had 2 steps up but bath attached. Some dust and moldy smell. You need additional hand towels, and at least a full length mirror in bath or bedroom.

House was just as described. Host was attentive to our needs and offered assistance throughout the stay. Location was about 1/2 mile from the downtown area but was an easy walk. Also if you are looking for a ride/uber check out Tesla taxi. They were above to accommodate all six of us in one car,

The property has a strong smell of mold and/or mildew. The place is poorly lit, the furniture is worn, and there’s no dining room and no table to gather at (other than the outside deck). The owner was helpful and friendly but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it.

Clean bedrooms, massive bathrooms, and all the amenities to start vacation upon arrival. Loved it!❤️❤️❤️

My family stayed here for 3 nights, as we were in Eureka Springs for a wedding. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the Historic downtown area has to offer. Off-street parking was great, and the house was an A+. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean. I'd recommend this rental to couples, families, or friend groups.
