Friendly, ultra-responsive owner, great bathrooms/showers, full kitchen & living room. Patio was giant & great for sitting outside with trees/privacy.

The property was the perfect size for our family. The place was nice and cute and the location was the best! The only thing I did not like about the property was the moth ball smell in the living room. The smell was not in the bed rooms. I would remove them because I bet more customers would prefer not to have that smell.

A super cute place within easy walking distance to downtown Eureka Springs! We really enjoyed the deck area after taking in the area!

Autumn Bluff Lodge is a cute cabin-like home with two modern-like, beautiful bathrooms. The decor is well-done and a lot of thought was put into its renovation. There is sufficient room between the living & kitchen combo. It was nice having a large frig as we did bring water & breakfast snacks from Texas. We didn’t use the stove, and the microwave only for heating water; but both are equally nice appliances.Having two bathrooms was definitely a plus; I had actually booked a cottage on Spring St, but one bathroom seemed too tight; and the idea of a loft with a steep ladder ultimately became a safety concern.The one area which I considered lacking was its cleanliness. At first glance all appeared neat & tidy, but a good Spring-cleaning is needed and to include mopping the floors. The same with the side deck and front porch. I wanted to sit out & watch the traffic, but there’s a lot of spiderwebs which need to be swept, even around all the windows. Plus a good soapy wash-down with a hose would help.Also a screen latch is needed — there was a knock at the door, tho it was a nice lady passing out cards for her dining business. The deadbolt doesn’t work as the front door likely needs leveling.There’s plenty of space to spread out & the grandkids loved having their own bedroom, plus it was nice having the master with an attached bathroom for myself. However, all-in-all everything was pleasing and we would stay again, should we return to Eureka Springs? Thanks!

The property was clean and well stocked with all the needed toiletries and items needed for a week long stay with family, including coffee and filters provided. The beds were very comfortable with all sizes and kinds of pillows. The property is located close enough to the central part of the community so you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Off street parking is available for 3 SUV’s (medium size).

Kitchen was fully stocked and the location was amazing

This rental was exactly as listed. We enjoyed having the off street parking, and the big space to relax in. Communication with the host was fantastic, we contacted her with a question and that evening the local representative was at our door! Only thing I would suggest is to have dining seating for 4-6 (as there are 3 bedrooms), instead of just for two. We ate in the living room as we couldn’t eat together any other place, it was too cold to eat on the deck. This place is close to downtown and local restaurants, which are really good! I would recommend it for couples.

The beds were comfy and the house was clean. Its location being a short walk to downtown made it the perfect home base!

Conveniently located

I needed a place to stay with less than twenty four hours notice and I’m soooo glad I found this one. It was perfect for what I was looking for, the home was clean, in a great location and the host was one of the most responsive, kind and helpful I’ve ever had.

Great location. Very private and quiet, but still very close to all the shops on Spring St. It was the perfect getaway for us and the house had everything we needed!

This was a really great location and home! I travelled for Christmas with my spouse and my kids and their partners. The host had a small Christmas tree up and we enjoyed that touch. I would love to stay here again!

We had such a great girls weekend at this cute little cabin close to downtown. It’s very nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen and all the rooms had comfy king size beds. The host was so accommodating and very quick with responding. We will definitely be back thank you for sharing your house with us

Okay —Needs more cooking supplies—pans -dishes -cookie tray —cooking Utensils —larger dish rack —pots and pans —0verall—kitchen had the most problems !! Parking was tight !! The patio was too dirty and uninviting —

Perfect place for our family. Well stocked kitchen, really comfortable beds, really nice bathrooms with good wayer pressure. Convenient to down town. I will stay again when we go back to Eureka Springs.Randy

This was a great place to stay. Very convenient, though parking could be a bit tight. The place had ample room and great bathrooms!!! The lighting in the kitchen and living room was rather dark. I will say our power went out during a storm and the owner was very responsive calling the electric company quickly and sending someone over with flashlights. Power was on in about an hour luckily. Good experience overall.

We were definitely unable to fit our truck and trailer onto the property but other than that we loved it. Great location and beautiful house

Great place, great location, great parking

The Autumn Bluff Lodge in Eureka Springs was a great setting for our reunion of college friends some 50 years later. We enjoyed the decks and front seating. Plenty of room for our three cars. It was a great spot for exploring a fun town. The three bedrooms all had good king beds. We got out the card table and chairs to convert the living room to a game room. I brought my analog stereo and turntable so we could listen to our favorite vinyl albums. The kitchen was well supplied. The tiled bathrooms were both very nicely done. We enjoyed the stay and recommend it for similar groups. This was a bargain. Try it.

Very quaint! We really loved the coziness of it and the location!

The house was clean and close to restaurants. The table and chairs provided for games was a nice touch. The deck was wonderful. I do wish the electric fireplace would have worked. The Television in 2 of the bedrooms were not set up either. We all enjoyed ourselves very much 😇
