Historic Kennebunkport home in the heart of the village. Steps to Dock Square.

Absolutely wonderful on every account. My family of 5 stayed in this house for a week and it felt like home by the time we left. The location is unbeatable. In the heart of Dock Square and within an enjoyable walk to everything. The home was perfectly clean and very cozy. (I wish my house was this well insulated.) The kitchen had everything we needed. We had contact with the owners and property manager and everything went smoothly with checking in. There were no issues to address while we were there but I'm confident they would have been handled quickly. Highly recommend this location.

Just as listed.... great house, right in town, and seasonal pass to park at beach. Lovely house and really enjoyed being able to walk right into town... 2 minute walk. One note: First time I've seen a clothes dryer with a water tank. Top left slides out and needs to be emptied after each load.

Every year we have happy times at this 238 year old house in Kennebunkport. Completely modernized for the 21st Century, this comfortable house is just steps away from the shops and restaurants of Dock Square. We especially like walking to the sights the town has to offer. Looking forward to returning next year.

We usually stay near Goose Rocks but loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants..we will be coming back!

This was the perfect place for us as we visited family in the area. It is within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed - we're a family that likes to cook. The house is beautifully furnished and has plenty of places to relax. The beds were comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this place! It is definitely my first choice for a return visit.

It is so generous of the owners to share this wonderfully restored gem of a home. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay here. The location couldn't be better -- truly walking distance to shops and restaurants. Absolutely everything you could want or need is provided. A nor'easter blew through, and there were even umbrellas and a rain slicker in the closet! This is without a doubt the cleanest place we have ever booked, absolutely immaculate, cleaner than very fine hotels!! Even the landscaping is impeccable. 100% recommend.

This is a superb property with a rich and impressive history. My friend and I truly considered it “home” while we were in Maine. It was a perfect location to serve as a home base for our many day trips out of Kennebunkport. The hosts are top notch and very responsive as are the property managers. This was an unforgettable 5star week

With so much traffic going through the square it is very nice being close enough to walk.

We spent 28 nights at this wonderful and charming home. The location is perfect and so close to restaurants, shopping, and everything you need in Kennebunkport. The home is exactly as pictured and just has a great feel to it. We felt right at home. The owners and house managers have thought of everything you might need and are only a message/phone call/text away should you have any questions. Very responsive and helpful. Cleanliness, upkeep, beds, linens, furniture, etc. are all first class and really well done. Very nicely renovated while still keeping the historical significance of the house in mind. We are excited to return again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

It’s our 5th stay here. Perfection! Our home away from home. The minute you walk in the door you feel like you are home. The house is in the perfect location. Walk out the front door to the port. 5 minutes to beach. The owners and management are the best to deal with. Super nice people.
