Historic Jostaad Home!

This worked out for us on a visit to see graduation. Thank you. Location was good and property is a step up from the expensive hotel rooms in the area in terms of price.

Nice old home near the University of Arizona. Easy access to lots of stuff to do and restaurants.

This is a great location near to the U of A, the streetcar, and Tucson in general. The house is in good shape. Parking is fine, off street. The hosts were very responsive to questions. If you want to explore this area we would definitely recommend the Jostaad home.

The kitchen was fine. The numbers on the keypad on the front door were hard to see. The pull out bed in the living room area is a bit small for an adult. But the space worked for us and had everything we needed.

The only issue was that the tub/shower didn't drain but they were very responsive when I reached out

We enjoyed the stay in the clean comfortable and well supplied unit. The location was perfect for local exploration on foot and driving to hikes or other attractions on either side of town. We will look to stay again if we return to Tucson

The location was good. Eric was prompt in responding to question and concerns. He was amenable to letting us get in a couple hours early which was nice.The apartment was a little tired though and could use some TLC. The dishwasher did not work and some of the coffee cups were dirty from previous guests. (We were not told that the dishwasher was broken so left it full of dirty dishes. There was no dishwashing soap to handwash them either. Upon arrival it smelled like beer and cigarettes...so when we saw the ping pong ball on the floor...it was apparent that previous guests likely had a party.So we went out to purchase incense to clear the smell which helped.

Its an older home but well kept and clean. Location is really very walkable and nice. Nice to have washer amd dryer as well as dishwasher. Appreciated the coffee pods and nice coffee maker.

Very reasonable set up. The only negative thing is the super low water pressure in the shower.

Pleasant stay in University and downtown Tucson area. 2 blocks to (currently) free city tram. 2 blocks to bakery, coffee, restaurants. Walk or tram to entertainment. Clean and secure. Off street parking space. Comfy bed. Full kitchen. Good communication with landlord. Would stay again.

Was super close to where we needed to be for El Tour de Tucson with many choices for dining close by. Easy access to the interstate, extremely clean, all the amenities you could need and super attentive hosts.

Nice little historic house with updated amenities. Close enough to walk downtown. If we stayed in Tucson again, we’d stay here again.

This little house worked great for a quick visit to U of A for a tour.

Came here to get away from MN's freezing temps and to hike Saguaro National Park. This house is in the perfect location, close to every thing. Loved the needLoved

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to the university and 4th St. We took advantage of riding the slink to everything. Would stay here again!
