Stayed Mar 23, 2026I stayed in the fantastic property for 2.5 months and loved every minute of my stay. Any small issues that popped up were handled very quickly. The home is close to everything in Centro Historica and located on a relatively quiet street. The kitchen was fully stocked with modern small appliances and good quality items usually found in your kitchen. I recommend you bring your favourite Kcup coffee pods with you as pods are near impossible to find in Mazatlan. The roof top covered deck was our sanctuary from the heat and humidity on many afternoons. Only 3 blocks from Olas Atlas beach and a 20 minute walk to the Stone Island water taxi. Overall the property is well located and Occan Properties staff are great to deal with.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025The lovely Mexican house was decorated with artsy touches everywhere. The beds were comfortable. In the well equipped kitchen I was able to make meals using fresh local ingredients from the market. The location was convenient to the square, the beach, restaurants and the market! Our hosts responded very quickly to our questions and requests. We highly recommend this place.
