This was a great location. Close to the river and trail and the ferry.

The pictures shown where totally different ceiling fans need to be replaced in back bedroom never happen washing machine didn't work upstairs clothes got lock in machine Dining area completely different from picture, mirror in leaving room on floor of wall, patio area needs to be clean, furniture needs to be clean or replace in front room. The picture totally had me fool, place needs to be painted, front porch was awful with bugs needs to be upgrade for the price. If I could have cancel I would have. bugs were bad and big.

Plenty of room, great place to stay. Not a lot of traffic, we love this house and we will be booking this house again.

Very comfortable,my daughter was able to come to new orleans to burry her father in peace,and her family was able to stay along with her with no problems..Meanwhile other property's there act if tho the funeral was in there home...Thx u guys so much we Enjoyed yr home

Lovely, large historic home worked well for a group of 4 long-time friends that have known each other since 1st grade. Comfortable beds, and each room was equipped with window air conditioners and ceiling fans. We were very comfortable. Diedra was quick to respond to my text messages and sent service people when we had an issue with turning off water in one of the bathroom tubs. She even had a new Keurig coffee machine delivered to the home within 2 hours of our arrival, which made my 2 coffee loving friends very happy. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood. We found a wonderful breakfast/coffee shop within an 8-minute walk from this VRBO, a small bodega that sold wine, beer, and groceries, and several other small restaurants. We loved the convenience of a 10-minute walk to the Ferry that took us to the French Quarter. Getting the 3-day Jazzy Pass was a great idea - 8 for unlimited RTA Ferry, Trolly, and Bus rides.

Comfortable stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. Ample space for all 9 adults.

This home is so beautiful, and the neighborhood is great. There are so many options for food and drinks within a couple of blocks, including the ferry to cross the river. The host is so incredibly kind and fast in responding to all questions. Our girls trip to New Orleans was perfect, and this house is definitely worth booking.

The home is charming and adds to the flavor of a New Orleans visit. We felt very safe in this lovely home and appreciated the convenient location, a short walk to the ferry and a quick 2 ride to the French Quarter. There were restaurants and shops in the neighborhood as well. It was perfect and Deidra was a great host. We would choose this home again.

Deidra. Our trip was good. A few things I think you need to address. The pocketed door are not working well some not at all. My niece had yo text her husband to get the door open to the bathroom. The doors in general need attention. Lovely home and perfect for our family to stay for the wedding. Thank you.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and needed a place to accommodate our family and extended family. The home was nice, clean and spacious.

We had a great experience at this beautiful historic home. There was plenty of space for our group of nine, which was two families that consisted of teens and adults. The home is located in a cute neighborhood and we were able to explore a couple of local restaurants with great food and met some nice people. The ferry was a short walk away, and we were able to get to everywhere we wanted to go by using the jazzy pass which included the ferry, buses and streetcars.This was a great home and we loved it!

This place was perfect for us!! We booked as the venue for my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding was really close. This place is perfect, roomy, and has a comforting charm about it. We highly recommend it!

Great layout of the house for our various age groups, loved walking to the ferry for easy access to the French Quarter. Front porch was lovely and the courtyard area was enjoyed for morning coffee.
