Great location. Very comfortable and big. Great for groups or families.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this is a very spacious and comfortable nightly rental with 4 sleeping spaces (not including living room). NOTE that the upstairs only has twin beds or daybeds so if you have adults, may not be the best. Upstairs bathroom is a full bath, but the shower really isn't even tall enough to stand up in due to the dormer and need to sit to look in the mirror unless you are on the short side. Kitchen is spacious but cabinetry and drawers are old and don't open right (hits the stove). kitchen could have a few more amenities. I don't know why nightly rentals dont have keurig machines. I would be happy to bring along k-cups when I travel if they did. Didn't give any sugar or creamer although provided 1 packet of coffee. No extra trash bags in the house. Plenty of towels provided. Downstairs bathrooms very nice - although again cabinetry in master suite was older - not that we were using drawers (just saying). Only 3 steps getting into house if you have any mobility issues (we had a wheelchair and this was easier than many other rentals in Savannah.). Affordable for so many sleeping spaces. EAsy to walk to many coffee shops and to Liberty or Oglethorpe. Street parking is free here. Would recommend.

Wonderful location! There was not enough toilet paper provided and very little supplies in general (no coffee filter, limited soap, etc.) compared to my other experiences.

We had a wonderful time! The neighborhood is quite and loved the area. The front bedroom the light kept turning on in the middle of the night. My daughter was so excited that we had a ghost that was afraid of the dark. On our last night she left water and cookies for them. Light was still on in the morning. Maybe next time we will figure out how to calm our ghost. Your staff was excellent!!!!! Kept our bags while we ran around Savanah and explored. Even made some fun suggestions on places to go and eat. Highly professional group and would defiantly use again!

Great wide open first floor and great location!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location! The only complaint was the backyard/deck. Based on the website pics it was one of the biggest draws of the home. Shows multiple couches/patio seating. But instead it was an old table with 5 worn out chairs.

House was perfect size for 7 of us. It was clean and comfortable. Furniture advertised on the back porch is not correct but there was a table and some chairs (no couches). Quiet, safe neighbor and great walkability to most everything you want to see, even the river if you don't mind a walk.

Beautiful large home perfect for our big group. The spaceous common area was great for watching tv together and socializing.

The paint is chipping and falling off, there were dead bugs in the kitchen, the refrigerator smelled like dead fish and the fan in 1 bathroom sounded like a jet taking off. Yes, we did let the management company know and they did nothing. This could be a lovely home if the owner put some TLC in it. We suggest you do not stay here.

Came intown to relax with friends and family. The location was great. Upstairs is small but everything else was very comfortable

Comfortable space, lots of character. Big kitchen and yard. Easy parking.

This was the perfect spot for our friends reunion in late May. The neighborhood is gorgeous and it's a long walk/short car ride from some really nice spots in Savannah. Most of the beds were comfortable with the exception of a couple of the twins in the loft. The house was well air conditioned and there is a separate temperature control on each floor. The backyard area was peaceful for drinking coffee in the morning before the heat made being inside more relaxing.

We spent a long weekend at the property for an overdue boys trip. The house fit 6 of us easily. The backyard was great (a little buggy so don’t forget the bug spray) so we spent a lot of time out there playing games. Would recommend!
