Great communication with property manager. House is spacious. These old towels Holmes can be quirky as they’re added onto over the years. I personally think it gives a charm. Would highly recommend for a family with one or two kids. The one bathroom could make it challenging for anymore.

Comfortable house with all the supplies we needed for a quiet stay. Host was available for consultation at all times, and offered any support needed.Even with neighboring visitors in the other half of the house, we heard no noise and loved the quiet of the location. Also the location is central to Taos & easy to get to, far enough off the main route to still be quiet.

This is our third year staying here. This year we had the entire house. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The house has such a great vibe! Close to all the galleries and restaurants. We enjoy hanging out at the house in the evening. Thank you so much Laura!!

My daughter and I stayed at this property before, but on the A side. This time we booked the B side and we loved it as much as we did before. everything is well appointed and all our needs were met. The location is perfect for everything you would need to do or see around Taos and is convenient to longer day trips like Ghost Ranch and Santa Fe. The only thing I would suggest is stocking the shelves with more coffee cups. It was a wonderful 9 day stay and we will book again.

The house itself was a lovely example of what we expect in Taos, complete with a history and filled with local art. Location allows walking access to many of our favorite places in Taos.

This is an old rustic home that speaks to a bygone era. A good location in town and in a nice neighborhood. Not a bad walk to a classic small town shopping area with a variety of shops ranging from mountain gear to local artists. If one is staying for more than a few days you will run out of clean dishes and silverware fairly quickly as the supply is limited. The owner/manager was quick to respond to messages, which was nice. They were very helpful at recommendations for local activities. This is a cozy place to stay located in a time capsule.

Great little house with a genuine Taos vibe! Conveniently located and even though it looks as if it may have been a larger house split into 2 rentals, it is very private. The living area was very large. Extremely easy check-in, we had no communication with owners while we were there as we didn't need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect Taos experience we were looking for. Not shiny new but steeped in history. Cozy. Comfortable. Loved all the artwork and the feeling this was an actual home. Everything as expected. Perhaps

Property close to town in a quiet neighborhood. Well kept. TV really only provides streaming, no actual local TV and the controls were broken. Local park nice to walk in cause the construction projects in the town made driving quite the circus. Nice getaway but until the local construction is complete (we were told sometime 2025) we will no doubt wait to return.

This was the second year we stayed here. We love the location and the true Taos feeling of this property. Already planning trip for 2025.

My mother & sister & i had a wonderful time, as always! This was about our 4th time staying at Laura's hacienda & it was great! The hacienda suits the 3 of us perfectly & is always clean, cozy & comfortable! We met Laura this time & just adore her! WeWe met Laurathis time & immediately liked her! Such a sweet gal! We come to Taos ever 6 mos. & plan on staying here ever time!

The property is accurately portrayed in description. Very comfortable & easy to enjoy. The host, Laura, is exceptionally responsive to any inquiry made which was much appreciated.

We came in for a concert at Kit Carson Park. The house was perfect for the 3 of us. It was a great location that allowed us to walk, not only to our concert, but shops, restaurants and bars. It was very quiet and we felt safe at night even with all the windows open.

Easy access to historic downtown and isolated from the later day commercial traffic on the south side of town. Very comfortable home with a private courtyard and patio in a quiet neighborhood. A person with mobility issues might have issues with the access to the bathroom.
