Historic Home Near Everything w/Gig internet & AC!

The house was in a quiet neighborhood, easy access to I-90.

The photos of this property are quite accurate. It's comfortable, cosy, and very appealing if, like us, you like old furniture and buildings. I was unsure about the location. We'd never been to Spokane and I wondered if staying in a downtown hotel would have been the right move, but in retrospect I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We were an easy and direct 10 minutes from downtown and only 5 minutes to the north shore of the river, so accessing stores, restaurants, events or whatever was very simple.

Cute and quiet. Loved it. Will be back soon. 😀

Nice period/Craftsman home in “okay” area of Spokane. Fenced yard good for our pup. Well equipped (just missing skin conditioner/moisturizer). Near grocery and Walgreens.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and have enjoyed the experience. Would recommend.

We had a very nice visit! The neighborhood was great for walking with our dog and the bed was comfy and cozy. Just a note that the tub 'stopper' does not work if you want to take a bath. I wanted to ask you please if you could share where you bought the sheer curtains with the red velvet flower imprint. They are beautiful! If we are ever in Spokane again, we will visit your place. Wonderful experience in Anna's Historic Home! Clean, comfortable, felt very private, and fit description and photos on listing. My mom and I greatly enjoyed the backyard, and Anna provided communication when needed. Would return and recommend to others!

Quaint, clean, and convenient

The place was really comfortable! It's a good location and close to a lot of outdoor activities! Check-in was simple. The back yard was nice and relaxing!

We came to Spokane to visit family and this space was a perfect spot. The host thought of everything!We felt right at home in this mid century home.

This small home is simply furnished with antiques and comfy furniture, the yard was in bloom during our visit creating a peaceful oasis for my sister and me. The bathroom has the most wonderful lighted mirror and the kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to cook. We were there 3 weeks and felt at home. It’s a lovely property that you will enjoy totally. A definite five star home. Thank you, Anna, again.

Stayed two nights with 3 adults. Home was charming, comfortable and conveniently located. Communications with owners was great and key-code access was easy and quick. Great place to stay when visiting Spokane.

Wonderful house!

I invited family and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving and it was amazing. No one stayed overnight but me, but the company and enjoyment was worth the celebration. It allowed me to rest afterwards. I would definitely do it again Thank you, Anne

We stayed 4 nights and had a very nice time. Well equipped and comfortable. Very good backyard if you have dogs. Close to downtown. We would stay again.

Our stay was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner waa great and it was hot during our time in town. Location was good in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Hated to leave.
