You will have private access to the entire space.

We have 3 people monitoring the Airbnb message system for any requests guests may have during their stay. You will have a direct cell phone number to call for any trouble getting into the property or if any issues they may arise.

The neighborhood is a typical city atmosphere with row style houses and street parking.

There is no reserved parking for guests. We have street parking only which is first come first serve basis. Make sure to check parking signs for possible restrictions on different streets. You will be able to find parking by circling the block. Something always opens up.

There are three floors in the house with stairs. The living room, kitchen, laundry room and a 1/2 bath are located on the first floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The third bedroom is on the third floor. The only access way to the second and third floors is stairs.
HOUSE RULES:
– No pets allowed
– No smoking inside the home or on the balcony. Any evidence of smoking of any kind within the home will result in a $500 cleaning fee being accessed to your payment method on file.
– No parties or group events. Any evidence of large parties will result in a $150 per hour additional cleaning fee and a full report being sent to Airbnb.
– The maximum occupancy at this property is 6 guests
Do not use our towels and washcloths to clean up kitchen messes, mud, makeup, etc. We provide a fresh roll of paper towels, kitchen towels and makeup cloths for this reason. Staining and ruining our linens will result in the following fees:
