Stayed Jul 29, 2025Property was clean, quiet, and accurately depicted in the listing. The only thing to note, is that in summer months the temperature in the rental was uncomfortably hot. While the screened windows opened in every room, there were no fans for days without a natural breeze.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Perfect place to stay for the weekend for a family or group. Lots of space and gorgeous views of the Spit out the front window. We spent the first evening watching a mama and playful baby moose in the yard. Will definitely be back!

Stayed May 30, 2025Clean house, comfortable beds, beautiful view of the mountains and water from this house. Very quiet neighborhood, and close to shops and restaurants on the Homer Spit. We very much enjoyed our stay at this house.
