Very very loud

The house had everything we needed

Great location. The tvs didn’t work. Remotes were dead. Hot water was limited.

So this place is amazing. The history, the location and the bar underneath ( and its employees ) ((ask for gizmo)).Because of the age the noise can be loud but it was actually fun. The construction behind it was not that bad at all. I would come back to this location everytime!!! We all fell in love with the place.

My friends and I came here to celebrate our friend getting married! This was such an easy process and very clean and spacious! We were able to walk to everything! The only downsides were the parking garage was a little bit of a walk but only 10 for the weekend! We went when there was construction so if you’re looking for a place to rest peacefully and get a good nights sleep this isn’t the place. The bar below is open until 3am and you hear EVERYTHING. Then construction starts at 7am including weekends. We weren’t sleeping much anyway so it didn’t really bother me so just a heads up:) overall this place was great and I’d definitely stay again! We were able to walk to so many restaurants, bars, and grab drinks from Abes on Lincoln below the rental for a pre-game. My friends and I LOVED this spot for our three days of fun in Savannah.

We booked this location for a bachelorette party and it was great - excellent proximity to bars and activities, and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. There is bar in the basement of the property that is also a great hangout spot for guests over 21 (although it does get somewhat loud at night as you can hear the music through the floor, which we didn't mind but others might). The property managers were extremely responsive throughout our stay and check-in and check-out was extremely straightforward. Would definitely book again.

It does not include that the bar plays dubstep and rap until 3am every single night and the entire house literally shakes. Glad we did not bring kids. Bar patrons smoke cigarettes that filter into the main bedroom. Worst vacation rental experience of my life. I’m embarrassed to have been the one to have suggested this place. We were exhausted every day due to lack of sleep. Trip was ruined and we all went home infuriated. It’s also literally next to a construction site. There was what appeared to be a bloodstain on a bedroom pillow.

Reviewer Comments: This wonderful property has kept all the charm of a two-century old building while updating the kitchen, bathrooms, & laundry to luxury rental status. This unit is near everything, so no need for a car, and the property management team was a dream to work with (they were even responsive early on a Sunday morning when I had a question). Know before you go: This is above a bar, and you'll feel and hear it until 3 am some nights. This may be a dealbreaker for some, but my guests and I were fine with earplugs & a sound machine.

Great location for a group of friends looking to enjoy restaurants and nightlife. Convenient to Bay and River street. The Bar below the location is fun. It closes around 3am. Parking is in a parking deck approx 75 yards away. The parking was a little pricey. I would be a repeat customer at this location. No complaints.
