This was a wonderful house for our stay in Santa Fe. The house is large and beautifully decorated with many areas to hang out and gather comfortably both inside and outside. The big kitchen is excellently appointed and stocked. It’s an easy walk into town if you’d like to walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location for our annual Santa Fe Ski trip! Beautiful home with everything we needed for family-style dining and a little R&R. This is our third time visiting and hope to come again!

Great place for a large group. The location was great. You really can walk into town. The kitchen was fantastic. It had every appliance needed to prep meals for a large group. We loved the large dinner table. It doubled as a great game table in the evenings. There were a lot of little things like the heated kitchen floors and adjustable matress in the master bedroom that made this place really comfortable. This house had a lot of special touches that made it special. The only things that we had issues with were the water pressure in the guest bath and the hot tub. The water pressure in the second bathroom is almost non-existent. All 8 of the individuals in my party wound up showering in the master bath. The HOT tub should be advertised as a WARM tub. Noone in our party was interested in using a hot tub where the temp couldnt be set above 99 degrees. However, they did enjoy the sauna. Overall this was a really nice place.

Lovely home with many different spaces for reading/relaxing. Beautiful yard. Very well equipped and supplied kitchen. Easy walk to the Plaza and Canyon Road areas. Overall, a wonderful stay in Santa Fe!

Gorgeous property, well-appointed kitchen, clean and spacious, within walking distance of the Santa Fe Plaza. Enjoyed a lovely couple of days at the Historic Garden Retreat. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was simply amazing. The kitchen was extremely well stocked in fact better than our kitchen at home. The garden and hot tub were also much appreciated. The only wrinkle since we had seven people staying there was that there are are only two bathrooms. This made for a bit of a rush each morning. That was a small point overall considering how much we enjoyed our stay here.

Home was very charming and unique. The gardens are beautiful. Well appointed with towels, linens, books, kitchen well outfitted.The check-in and communication is a bit cumbersome. You’ll be inundated with communications and mediums for communication - Vrbo, VTrips (property management portal), text messages, emails from Kokokprlli (property management team), emails from VTrips (property management portal), emails from Vrbo. It’ll make your head spin…We got a bit of a run around/hide behind the rental agreement when asking (per Clause 7 of the rental agreement) if we could adjust hot tub temp to accommodate small children (also cited in Clause 7 that lower temps may be needed for kids) - 2 days no response.

I had a wonderful stay here with family. The property and home is absolutely beautiful and so convenient. Very well maintained. Be aware that the fourth bedroom is up some steep stairs, smelled stale, wasn't very inviting and didn't have a bathroom up there. So, we didn't really felt it met our needs and ended up not using it. However, that didn't impact my enjoyment of the home and property. Just a FYI. Five stars!

Such a beautiful setting in a fabulous city. The house is the best Vrbo property we have ever stayed in!!! Just gorgeous and the location was terrific!

Our family has been coming to Santa Fe for many years. This home met our needs better than any place we have stayed in the past. It is truly representative of all the things that make one feel as if they are in a different country which is one reason we love Santa Fe. It has a great location near the plaza and Ft. Marcy park for kids. It is tastefully decorated, well appointed and has every amenity that we look for in a luxury property. It is apparent that the owners take great pride in this historic gem.In the future we will always look to stay at this property if available.

This house is beautifully decorated and within walking distance to the main plaza area. We really enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of space to host a large group! The house had everything you could need for a relaxing stay.

Thanks for another great stay (2nd time at this property)!Excellent location on the way to Ski Santa Fe, but also close to the Plaza & conveniences of Santa Fe. Lovely set up for apres ski, family style dinner, and board games, followed by relaxing time in the hot tub.

5 of us enjoyed the property and it's proximity to the mountain, restaurants and an excellent kitchen set up. We will book again!

We had a marvelous stay here. Probably the nicest VRBO property we have rented. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, well appointed and overall just fabulous! We would highly recommend this place for those visiting Santa Fe.Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We loved the house. It truly makes you feel like you are in Santa Fe with the way it's designed and decorated. It's also very close to the Old Town so we were able to walk there. The hot tub and fireplaces added to the coziness.

My family and I stayed here for the week of Christmas- the kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything we needed to cook and host Christmas dinner. The house is very spacious, clean, and well taken care of. Location is excellent- we walked into town often. Highly recommend if you are visiting Santa Fe!

The property is gorgeous and this was our second stay. We did, however, have difficulty communicating with the management about the door code and snow removal.

We enjoyed our long weekend in Santa Fe. We had 6 adults and this house suited our needs well. It was a very short drive to downtown. The house was clean and everything is well labeled. The only hiccup was that the door code was not provided in any of the checkin information, but luckily one of our party arrived before the office closed at 5pm and was able to call and get that information.

My family loved this house - the check in process was a bit frustrating because we were missing a check in document from Kokopelli, but I called them twice within ten minutes for two separate questions and they answered the phone promptly. Home was clean, and air conditioning worked well
