My family and I loved the house, the property and the area. We had plenty of room inside and out. There were groomed walking trails that everyone loved. We hope to stay again next year.
Awesome communication! We enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable. Great location for our family Christmas/New Year get together.
We enjoyed our stay in the spacious and comfortable farmhouse. There was a dusting of snow, and a walk on the property was magical. Cute downtown with pretty holiday lights.
Our family gathered at the River Raisin Farm for the week of Thanksgiving. It was an ideal setting for the holiday. We particularly enjoyed the large, well-equipped kitchen and the dining room, with a fireplace, that easily sat eight of us. Took many long hikes with our dogs on the lovely trails. A memorable Thanksgiving indeed.
We loved our stay at this charming country farmhouse! Beautiful old shade trees with lots of outdoor space to roam around on. We made full use of the fire pit and grill and enjoyed the wonderfully starlight nights. We even picked a few peaches right off the tree- may be some of the best peaches we have ever had.
It was such a gorgeous, historic house and property. We'd love to stay there again.
We stayed with friends and family for the weekend and had a great time
We travelled to Michigan from Pittsburgh for the 4th of July, to visit a cousin who lived by a near by lake. The farmhouse was perfect for our visit. Sooo much character! It was perfect for long walks on the large property, coffee on summer mornings, and enjoying family. We highly recommend!!!
We loved staying on this beautiful property. Plenty of room for outdoor activities and social-distanced conversations. The property was so private--just what we wanted! The trails were beautiful as well. Inside of house was perfect for us and plenty of room in the kitchen and bedrooms. Thank you for letting us stay here! Everyone commented that this property definitely needs to stay on our list of places to meet.
Great experience with host and property! Charming and spacious house with everything you need to snuggle up. We enjoyed walking in the woods and visiting the local apple orchard. Highly recommend for families or groups! Clean and welcoming, with whatever you need to cook up family meals.
