Stayed Dec 29, 2025Great location with in walking distance to great places! River walk is 7 minutes away with car.We enjoyed our stay quite neighborhood house was spacious enough we had kids as well they loved it!

Stayed Nov 13, 2025We had such a wonderful time in Savannah and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was exactly as described! Clean, updated and spacious. The location could not have been more perfect either. We were walkable to all of the historic sites and wonderful shopping and restaurants and a few blocks from beautiful Forsyth Park, which we enjoyed walking every morning. The management staff was very communicative and responsive to our questions as well. We would definitely return and stay there again!!!

Stayed Jun 1, 2025My wife and I brought our adult children on vacation with us for the week. Our daughter and son-in-law have a 1.5yr old and 3yr old. Our son brought his girl friend.We had plenty of space across this property using all 3 floors.The location allowed us to walk to many attractions and dinner downtown. After being there, we could have been a little closer to the river, but the proximity of the park was a huge plus.The property manager checked in on us from pre-arrival to post-departure and answered any/all questions during our visit.We had a wonderful week and would recommend the unit for others.Btw, we actually had 3 cars and they fit in the back parking with no issues.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025My friends and I have been coming to Savannah for an annual weekend away for over 30 years. This location was perfect! Three blocks to Forsyth Park, three blocks from the grocery store, and less than a mile beautiful walk to the river area. Plenty of space, charming, well maintained. No complaints!

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice house. Loved the location. Ceiling fans in 2 of the king bedrooms were loud like remote control airplanes- unable to use them . There was a floor fan in the master which led me to believe they were aware of this issue. Floor fan was shorter than the height of the bed so not a good substitute. My 28 year old daughter stayed in the bottom level king room with the other loud fan. She said it was hot down there and of course couldn’t sleep with the loud fan . There were 4 bath-cloths given for a reservation of 7 in a house that sleeps 10-12.

Almost all the amenities you can think of. We rented both the upper, 3BR 2 & 1/2 Bath and the lower, 2BR 1 Bath for our group. Parking is easy, with two space, but we were able to fit 3 cars.
