The Cleveland-Holloway neighborhood is called 'Durham's Front Porch' with good reason! It beats nearly any other neighborhood in terms of proximity to downtown. It is within blocks of dozens of wonderful restaurants, bars and event spaces. This is an urban historic neighborhood and as such has foot traffic and mixed income neighbors.

The Cleveland-Holloway neighborhood, affectionately known as Durham's Front Porch, offers a vibrant and historic urban experience. You'll find yourself within easy reach of downtown Durham, perfect for exploring on foot, by bike, or a quick Lyft ride. Embrace the neighborhood's diverse atmosphere and the lively mix of residents that make this area so unique.

*As this is a duplex, we kindly request that guests be considerate of noise levels, especially before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM.
