Historic downtown home w/ playroom pool table, 2 doors from river

This was perfect for our group! Clean, spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Sorry we had to enjoy it during frigid temperatures - this property was wonderful in the winter, so I can only imagine how great it is in the warmer seasons right by the river and downtown!

Interior of home was clean and well stocked. Could use some extra blankets. Alley and trash wasn’t great, but it was the neighbors not picking up.

The house was very nicely laid out and comfortable. It was a nice neighborhood, just a 2 minute walk to view the river.

Plenty of room for our family, clean and well maintained. Would happily stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay!! House was very clean, had everything I needed, with added bonuses! Host was very responsive and pleasant. I had no issues and if Im back in the Rockford area, I will definitely stay here again. Just want to add tge home us conveniently located as well!

Everything was great! We had a little bit of a hard time cooling the house down but we figured it out eventually!

This property was just what we needed.

We traveled to Rockford for a sporting event. Our house was easy to get to with a location off of Main Street, close to grocery store, clean property. All amenities provided were good.

The house was beautiful! Very clean! There were great appliances and furniture. Easy check in and check out. The host communicated all weekend to see how our stay was. Would definitely recommend this property in Rockford! We will be back!

It was a perfect place to stay for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Nice quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from the facility and great restaurants.

We had a great visit in Rockford taking in some hikes, some hockey and the museums. We had a great stay in the house. Everything was clean and the linens/beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The accommodations were clean and as described. There was enough space and enough for all of us to do. Great communication with the host.

Communication with the manager was excellent. The listing said there was a pull out single bed. That was incorrect on VRBO and we brought this to their attention. They provided linens for my 6th person to sleep on the couch. Also listing said on the river. We could see it from upstairs but thought their was access. Not really a problem. Upstairs only one remote for 2 fans in 2 bedrooms. It might be better for each room to have their own controls. Since it was warm weather, it was a little warm sleeping upstairs, just FYI. All in all, we had a nice stay and so nice to have the whole house!
