Stayed Feb 5, 2026Very nice place. Great location. Historic Downtown Cedar Falls was a block away. Very walkable.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025On my way to the airport, four hours before check-in, the host emailed me saying that they were canceling the rental due to a water issue. The host tried to push me off onto another property that was less per day and frankly not nearly as nice as the photos of this place When I inquired how much per night for the rental I was being pushed towards (because remember this is four hours before check-in) the host just didn’t respond and canceled the reservation with that any further communication.Why is it that if I cancel the reservation I’m charged a fee, but this host is allowed to cancel my reservation four hours before check-in? No fee for the host right? I would be wary of this place. It really seemed like a bait and switch. I see it listed again, but I would never again.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025My two brothers and I enjoyed our stay very much. Our only regrets were: despite telling us that we could request a key for the front door, Jack ignored my text and phone message requests for such key; we settled for access via the garage and rear door. All 3 bedrooms could use darkened window shades and luggage racks. A recycling bin would be desirable in lieu of tossing all waste items into the same garbage bag.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024We really like our stay even for the short time that we spent there. Design was well thought out . They did have some issues with broken doorknob and some plumbing issues not sure who does the cleaning but they are not letting owner know that there is need of some maintenance which is to bad it’s a nice place .

Stayed May 9, 2024This worked out perfectly for our family for UNI graduation weekend! Wish it would have been an option for us during our son’s undergrad program as we would have stayed here each time we came to visit these past four years. Location is ideal and the amenities are just as described. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful, memorable weekend with family!
