Please do not rent this home if you are not comfortable in a multicultural, urban setting as it will not be a good fit for you. The house is 1.5 blocks from the Duke East Campus walking path. The historic neighborhood is close to Duke's East Campus, 9th Street, Monuts & more!



Getting Around:

This house has easy access to I-85, NC-147 etc. Uber and Lyft are common in Durham so no worries if you don't have a car. There are also plenty of bus routes, and the neighborhood is walking distance to downtown if you prefer.



Other Things to Note:

• Separate Back Unit: Please be aware that this listing is for the main front house. There is a separate, occupied 'in-law' suite at the back of the property with its own private entrance and porch. The guest in that unit may walk up the shared driveway to access their space.

• Safety: For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher.
