Historic Carriage House | West Highlands | Walk to Restaurants + Bars!

Ideal location for visiting downtown Denver while still having a walkable area for shops and restaurants. Loved this place!

Quaint little cottage behind main house. Very clean, up to date and easily enough space for 2 people. Great little kitchen too. Good overall location with easy access to MLB and NFL/concerts arenas. Great neighborhood, easy to walk to amazing restaurants and little shops. Parking is only on the street where available with a little walk to the alley entrance which was well lit and secure. Felt totally safe! Nice outdoor patio (which needed a little love from the winter). Queen Murphy bed not for everyone but it was fine. Couple of bathroom plumbing issues with clogs - one was fixed the next day, other one with clogged shower - down 2 days and don't know the reason or outcome. Overall good 4 day stay and would return.

Adorable little carriage house and perfectly located. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and a 30 minute or shorter drive to red rocks, other parks/traisl, and the airport. Very comfy bed and very well appointed kitchen. Check in process was a little confusing, but that could have just been me since it had been a long day of travel and I arrived in the middle of the night. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great little place just steps away from the Highlands neighborhood shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. I didn't do any cooking but the kitchen is excellent if that is your jam. Well stocked studio. Quiet area and I slept like a baby.Make sure to read the fine print about entry! (I missed it...) and was slightly confusing r/t actual address (without giving too much away, its through the back of the property and not the main address given for directions).Very easy Uber/Lyft pick-up points just 100 feet away. You can also get Bird/Lime scooters/bikes easily in the general area.Restaurants were excellent - the Trattoria is a 'don't miss' Italian spot (I went twice in a weekend visit). There's a good bagel place about 30 seconds away for breakfast and coffee.I would stay here again!

Plenty of nice shops nearby. More outlets are needed in the kitchen area for the appliances. Bathroom was very clean and plenty of towels and bed was very comfortable.

Everything exactly as described. A little tricky to find once you get out of your car. Couple of gates as you walk through the back yard before you get to the Welcome sign on the last one. We were not fans of the Murphy bed. It’s a bit squeaky. Plenty of towels. Having a washing machine was a plus. Bathroom is very nice. On street parking was not an issue during our 4-nite stay. Location is perfect to access many good restaurants just a short walk away. Don’t miss Sweet Cow for excellent ice cream!! We walked to the football stadium in 35 minutes.

Good location, parking was problematic. Permit lost so lots of walking to and from the car blocks away. Very hot! Known heat issue with all the warnings and direction To Not Touch the Heater.

I want to share a little bit about our stay at this location. The host was friendly and had a lot of hospitality for their guest. The room was perfect and comfy. The kitchen is adorable and suppled everything you may need to cook a nice meal or enjoy a relaxing glass of wine. I loved the provided fire place. It kept us nice and warm during our winter stay The bathroom was clean and nicely renovated. I have nothing bad to say about this rental. I highly recommend for the fact that you are close to a gym, restaurants, and not far from town!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage house. The location was awesome - we were able to walk to several wonderful restaurants. And the property managers are great and very responsive to any questions or concerns.

This is place was cozy and had everything we needed. Walking distance to everything. Short drive to hikes.

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Just a few blocks to our kids house and to restaurants. House was well furnished with and the large bathroom and walk in shower were great. The only disappointment was the Murphy bed it was not very comfortable. Needs a better mattress. It would also be nice to have had cushions on the metal patio chairs and also cushions on the rattan sofa.

I stayed here for a solo mountain bike trip in the Rockies but it would comfortably fit a couple more individuals. This is a great location within walking distance of many restaurants/bars and also has easy access to the highways to be able to get where you want to in town. The people that live at the main house are very friendly and offered recommendations for places to eat and see, the same story with property management who would check in through text/email to make sure you’re enjoying your stay or need any help. When I’m back in Denver, I hope to stay here again due to the ease of access to the Denver metro and its many biking spots.
