This home was originally built in the 1920s, and while it has been remodeled, it still has the charm and character of a historic house. You may notice small quirks typical of older homes, which we believe add to its unique personality.

The house is located in Jefferson Heights on San Antonio’s historic Eastside, a neighborhood that is currently experiencing revitalization. Like many historic urban neighborhoods, the area is a mix of beautifully restored homes and ongoing redevelopment.

The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed, a twin bed with trundle, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The detached workspace also includes a futon that can be used for additional flexibility.

The backyard is fully fenced and great for relaxing or traveling with dogs. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee (maximum of 2). Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats at this time.

The home includes covered driveway parking as well as additional street parking in front of the house.
