It was close to all the activities I had planned while I was in Valdosta. It was also very quiet at night. I rested very well.

Well, you get what you pay for. The rates were very reasonable, and there was plenty of space. However, we found that dishes that were dirty were put away as clean. Found them in the cupboard dirty and we washed them ourselves...no dishwasher. No amenities. We're not complainers and didn't reach out to Orlando, as I believe it is what it is. Orlando seemed like a nice guy, however, I don't recommend this place.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable.

This place was a perfect spot to escape reality for a few days.

This place was conveniently located in the center of Valdosta so it wasn’t far to travel anywhere in town. It had all the necessities needed for my stay. Comfy bed, clean place. Orlando was very accommodating and friendly.

The apartments have been around at least since the mid-1950s, but this particular one is clean, comfortable and with all the basic amenities. All of the appliances, fixtures and outlets are in working order. You'll want to bring your own food and beverages. The only negative for this 2nd-floor apartment is that the steps have no landing, so the ascent is somewhat steep.

For the price I’ll say that I wasn’t overly horrified with my stay, but definitely disappointed. I will say the property manager was very easy to communicate with, and very graciously accommodated us, so I was very much looking forward to our stay. The property itself, however was definitely off-putting. We felt creeped out staying there, the bathroom smelled like marijuana smoke, and we did see several bugs in the apartment (including a roach in the bathroom). Neighbors were friendly and pleasant but very loud into the wee hours of the morning. We’re very easy going, so didn’t feel the need to complain, but definitely wanted to review, so other people don’t get stuck paying for a place they definitely don’t want to stay.
