We loved our days at this oasis in Santa Fe. The place is charming, cozy, and fully equipped. The hot tub was perfect, the bikes were handy, and the proximity to downtown and the rest of Canyon Rd meant we didn’t have to drive much. The owner notes it in her description, but the parking space(s?) behind the home are indeed tight, and we ended up parking our Suburban on the street instead. The neighbor was very friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. We would gladly return to this home the next time we travel to Santa Fe.

Some cold nights made it perfect for the hot tub and Kiva. We had a wonderful trip. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were delightfully comfortable. The bikes made it perfect to ride to the galleries and the tea house.

Great location in Santa Fe. We were very pleased that the beds were comfy. Nothing like coming down from a day of skiing and sleeping in an uncomfortable bed. This was not the case here. The place, as a whole, was quaint and relaxing. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the courtyard set up.

Our host, Kay kindly reached out & introduced herself prior to our stay. As we were in the middle of a winter storm, she communicated with us to make sure all was well. She accommodated our every need. Very comfy and cozy. I was extremely pleased with this adobe casita. I highly recommend and I myself, would surely go back again.

The home was quaint, but we had a couple issues. There was no handle to adjust the cold water in the shower. It was advertised as sleeping 6, but the third “bed” was “convertible” which I would define as a murphy bed or futon, but my son had to sleep on a fold out couch (it just wasn’t very clear). We had difficulty getting the heat adjusted, usually waiting a couple hours for it to kick in. It would be helpful to warm renters to use a small car, as the alley would not be passable by a truck or suburban.

Perfect place to stay in Santa Fe. Incredibly well stocked - we would think we needed to go get something and then inevitably find it. Loved the neighborhood. Also appreciated how well set up the outlets etc are for charging all of the devices we have these days. Would definitely recommend others to stay there! Just a note that if you have light sleepers the floor is pretty creaky and cars occasionally drive down the gravel drive which is right next to both bedroom windows. We used a noise machine and it wasn’t really a problem.

Easy walking to all the nearby galleries and restaurants and many of the sights of Santa Fe.The house is cozy and inviting, and we have never slept in beds more comfortable. Kay was very nice and communicated well with us. She answered questions quickly. Check in and check out were easy. The shower head was almost painful, and I let Kay know, and she said she would have it changed for the next guest. Comfy small home with a nice little kitchen. We enjoyed having a fire in the kiva. There was a dust storm while we were there which was yucky. Otherwise, it was a lovely visit.

It was a wonderful and beautiful adobe home in a great location- with an amazing fireplace, supply of wood, hot tub and nice stocked kitchen. A few things that could be done better - no exterior lights near parking/entry and nothing was shoveled (16 inches of snow) - the driveway and walkway was a beast. - maybe sal. Again We would love to come back to this fabulous home and Thank you for the wonderful place

Quintessentially Santa Fe, this cozy hideaway is absolutely perfect and the owner has obviously put great thought into ensuring everything you may need during your stay is available to you. This is a house that very comfortably supports four guests, although we were but three, with everything from plentiful towels and linens, spare lotion (SF is so drying,) kitchen gizmos, ample hangers, even a bottle of olive oil and extra spices. It’s clean, inviting, and perfectly situated near so many fun restaurants, galleries, etc you can walk to. The private patio (and hot tub) are a dream, and although we didn’t use the bikes this time because it was Indian Market weekend and traffic was heavy, we would absolutely use them on a future visit. The only recommendation we would make is to bring your own pillow if you prefer anything other than feather/down as that was the only thing available. We all sleep on thick, memory foam pillows at home, and it would have been nice to have that option available. So overall 99/100. I can’t wait to come back for another visit this winter.

A wonderful 'home base' for a week in santa fe. Quiet and relaxing and everything one could ask for...the parking space is tight to get into, but there was ample parking right in front on the road as well. Loved the 'old town feel' and peaceful yard.
