Historic 4th Ave Sunshine Suite

Excellent location

Super cute place in a great location! Very clean and nice outdoor gazebo (shared with 3 other units). Host answered phone on first try and remedied a minor maintenance issue within a day. The location is great but be forewarned that it’s in the midst of campus so first night (Sat) was loud from a nearby party/loud chatting, hollering/loud music (to be expected in this great location). The air conditioner did not keep up well, though outside temps were 100 at the time so that’s Arizona. I would definitely stay again, as this fit my needs well and was priced right. I also really liked the cleanliness and sitting area in the bedroom by the window. Thank you!

Charming, affordable vintage cottage in convenient location. Fully outfitted with bath and kitchen supplies.

This suite was perfect for our needs. It is not fancy, but has all the basics- even an old fashioned ironing board that folds into the wall. We walked to The Bake House and other establishments on 4th Avenue every day. The kitchen was well stocked, even free coffee. We will definitely stay here again, as our niece lives a block away. A great value- we highly recommend it.

The location of this bright and cozy property was excellent. It was in such a walkable area-convenient to restaurants, downtown and Univ of Ariz. Access to the streetcar (free) was a block away, making downtown even easier to get to. We enjoyed the outside sitting area. Furnishings very comfortable.

Had everything we need for a stay in Tucson. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops. Property could use a deep clean but overall great value. Comfortable bed!

The kitchen was well equipped with the basics. Would be nice if a bottle opener was supplied. Laundry was great, everything was well supplied. Only thing I see that needs done is replace some light bulbs, especially the outside porch lights. I would definitely recommend staying here as easy access to most everything

Walking thru is a delight. The sophisticated decor, the details, beautiful. The amenities in the kitchen, well, there is not a thing more one could ask for. It is clean from corner. And best of all, the integrity of the vintage house is kept in tact. Super

Super convenient location just off 4th and within a few blocks of campus. Even though the access is in what is basically an alley it feels very safe.

Great location for street car access and night life! It was easy to find, clean, and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Fast communication with owner.

It was a great visit. I liked that the studio is walking distance to breakfast places. The studio was clean and had all the accessories that I needed for a quick visit. The ceiling fan over the bed was fantastic. Having a washer and dryer on the property was very helpful.

Only tough thing about this place is being left to your own devices to find street parking. Area was jam packed with parked cars, so I felt quite lucky each night when I would find ONE spot. Thankfully I did so it wasn't a huge problem, but definitely something I could see being stressful for some.

This was exactly everything I needed for 3 nights in Tucson for my trip — An uncluttered space where I could work and practice yoga, very comfortable bed, great walkable location in the historic 4th Ave district, essay access to downtown. Eric was super quick at answering my questions. Would definitely stay here again.
