Historic 3 story Center City Row House near attractions -Washington Sq.

This was our second time staying in Beth's lovely home. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-outfitted for our needs. The location is very safe and walkable to everything that we wanted to do. Beth was very responsive to any questions or communication. The instructions that she provided on parking and recommendations for neighborhood spots were excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute place in Philadelphia on a side street with no cars. Walkable to many places and not far off of Broad Street. Cute bakery on the corner. We did not cook but kitchen seemed well stocked with plates, coffee maker etc. Only caveat is that it is three levels so if you have trouble with stairs may not be the best as bathrooms and bedrooms are all up 1-2 flights. Bedrooms were good sized and the place was clean. We would stay here again.

This was our first time visiting Philadelphia and enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located and there was much to see and do within walking distance.

Enjoyed the beauty and character of the historic home and neighborhood. It was such a charming home that was filled with all the necessities of home. It was located in a good central area to the places we were visiting. Friendly and safe neighborhood. My only suggestion is if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs and/or an eye mask. The second floor bedroom has a streetlight right outside and the neighborhood is lively so when the restaurants start closing people take short cuts.Loads of parking options nearby. We are so glad to have found this place and are looking forward to next years trip to Philly so we can stay in this home again!

We were thrilled with our 4 night stay. We went to 3 Phillies games and it couldn’t have been easier to navigate the train. Very close, within walking distance. The neighborhood was lovely and within walking distance of Reading Terminal and lots of historic sites. The property was very clean and actually spacious for a row house. It slept 5 very comfortably. The check-in was seamless with the key pad on the door. Property was well stocked with everything you need. We loved the experience of staying in an authentic row house!! This townhome was exactly what we needed for our first trip to Philly! The location was perfect for sightseeing with everything a walkable distance & good proximity to public transport for visiting family in the suburbs. The property itself was safe, well maintained, comfortable, & very clean all while having 19th century charm which was so lovely to experience! Beth’s recommendation for parking in the city was perfect too. The neighborhood restaurant scene was also a plus! We would love to stay again!

Such a cute house with everything we needed. We walked 95% of the time to all the things we wanted to visit. AC worked amazing- which helped with the heatwave! Would totally recommend.

The property was aged, but not dated. All appliances worked just fine. Very clean. It was 100 degrees outside, but the AC worked so well we couldn't tell. If you like historic center Philly, near many of the sites, you'll love it! Great food just around the corner.

From the reservation to check out, everything was smooth and stress free! The host was very responsive to questions and requests before and during our stay. Location is in a prime area for walkability everywhere while feeling removed from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The house itself was clean and well stocked with a ton of historic charm!! Lots of space for our family to spread out and the rooftop was an amazing way to spend a quiet morning listening to the birds. We lived in Philly for years and coming back to stay in this home was a perfect way to emerge ourselves back into the community!! We would definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this awesome row house. This by far has been the best rental property we have ever stayed in. The location was safe and close to many of the attractions in Philly. We loved the cobblestones streets and walking to different places. The house has such charm. We were four adults and had lots of space to relax in. We had a rainy weekend, so we couldn't enjoy the roof top patio but we will definitely go back! Beth was an amazing host!

Nice location in quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to independence hall/ liberty bell, city hall, love park as well as south street. Rooftop deck was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The house is three floors with a roof deck. The kitchen located on the first floor is a great space for the family to all hangout with a cool view of a back shared patio among other homes. The second floor has a fantastic living room where we watched March Madness. The third floor has a master bed and a large alcove with bathroom where we put our 1yr to sleep (no crib, we brought a pack and play) and she slept soundly. The roof deck has steep stairs, but is rewarded with a cool view of other rooftops. I should note that the fire places are not usable. Altogether I would highly recommend the home.

We were in Philly for a 3-day event at the Wells Fargo Center. Beth's home was the perfect location to take the subway back and forth, and close to everything in Center City. The house itself is terrific (you have to not mind stairs). The kitchen is well-equipped; the refrigerator even has water and ice in the door! Wi-fi is good. It was clean and spacious for three of us. I'd stay there again!

Location, location, location. This place is in an ideal location for my recent trip. Everything I wanted to do was in walking distance, though I did take Uber to the museum. Such a nice house, 3 floors, clean and comfortable. I'd stay again if there's another chance. You can't go wrong here. Met and exceeded expectations.

Great stay overall. The stairs are steep and we found ourselves making multiple trips up and down since the kitchen is on the first floor but bedrooms and bathrooms are on floors 2 and 3. It was too cold to utilize the rooftop deck but it would be a great space to relax with a drink during warmer weather. The heater works just fine but not really a consistent temp between all floors. Relatively quiet neighborhood, there was some noise late Friday night into the early morning but no noise problems at all Saturday and Sunday night.

I enjoyed staying in this property. It made me fill like I was stepping back into history. It had a cozy feel and was close to many eateries. Perfect location if you did not rent a car and don't mind getting in your walking steps.

Such a cute property and a great place to stay for a walking visit to central Philadelphia. So many great coffee shops and restaurants close by! Not a good choice if you can’t manage stairs, but we loved it

Great base of operations on an impossibly quiet street in center city Philadelphia.

My husband and I stayed at this 3 story row house while visiting our son and daughter-in-law. Staying here was a story book Philadelphia experience. The property is located on a quiet street lined with quintessential row houses. The house itself is updated with many charming characters preserved. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. With a two block walk, you find yourself on lively streets with many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. It felt safe to walk both during the daytime and evenings. Our host was very responsive to inquiries and requests. It was a pleasure staying here and I would definitely look to staying again during future Philadelphia visits.

We were in town for the Philly Marathon events and had a fantastic stay at this home. It was perfect for what we needed and very comfortable after a long day of running! We would definitely consider staying in this home again.

Great Location! Great food and adventures to be found with in walking distance! Everything you could want was within a 20 minute walk…I recommend doing a food tour of Philly as the Italian Market was close and had great eats!
