The primary bedroom suite is a recently remodeled addition downstairs with a queen bed, 50 smart TV, a ductless AC/heat unit, and a stunning in suite bathroom with a 2-person shower supplied with shampoo and body wash, heated bidet toilet, heated towel rack and heated floor. Just outside the primary bedroom is an entertainment room with a 55 smart TV, DVD player with DVD library, Playstation 3 system with its own games library, plenty of sectional sofa seating, and a kitchentte with refrigerator, microwave and Nescafe coffee maker station (with its own supply of coffee pods). The washer and dryer are stacked in their own soundproofed closet next to the kitchenette and off the downstairs entertainment room.
