Had a great week with the whole family in New Smyrna Beach. Nice house located right on the beach. It was everything we needed and expected. Kids enjoyed surfing lessons right on the beach there. Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

It was disappointing that we were not able to check-in early. The property management company did try to get us in earlier than 4, unfortunately there was an issue with the home that had to be fixed.The location and the house itself was very nice! The 3 stories was very nice with great views and the bedrooms and bathrooms were located nicely in the home. The biggest issue we had was the wi-fi was the worst I've experienced. Two of us were trying to also work which became an issue. The property management company was very quick to respond trying to fix it but with not much success. Then they replaced the equipment but it was still terrible. Not good if you need to work or relax with some Netflex. A couple minor suggestions would be to install fans on the decks to help with the bugs and heat, motion lights in the bathrooms so you can see when you get up at night and update the pots and pans. Other than those few things, we enjoyed our stay in this home.

Our New Smyrna Beach rental was/is a beautiful home away from home. With three floors of windows walls, all opening to the Atlantic sunrise and an expansive beach immediately adjacent to the property. Unfortunately access to the beach was compromised by new seawall construction that we were advised of prior to our arrival. The property easily accommodated ourselves,three adult children, significant others and children. Multiple private living areas and ensuite bathrooms. High end appliances, multiple laundry machines, elevator, electric blinds, ice makers... the works ! On the lower level, another entertaining area with bar, warm pool,game tables and outdoor gas fire pit. The master suite was fantastic with it's private deck, sitting area and expansive bathroom. We are planning on renting this property in the future.

We had a wonderful trip. Everything was as expected and the management company was top notch. Could not recommend higher.

The house was really nice. But the toilet clogged up and we tried calling to report it several times but no answer and we texted but no reply.

Our family had a great vacation in the Hip Nautic. Huge open doors to the decks-so beautiful, the decks themselves, large kitchen, bedrooms quite separate from each other, steps to the beach (this was a great surprise), plenty of linens, double washers and dryers, park for kids nearby, beautiful beach-great sand, flat beach for walks, and sunrises. The pool is not heated-which was stated clearly, but in our opinion, it should have been. We had little kids along and for them the water was just too cold to really enjoy the pool. Other than the temperature of the pool, this house worked out perfectly for our family and we have wonderful memories of our stay here.

The property had lots of room for my family of 12. It was clean when we arrived. No fault of the property but hard to get to the beach. Roaches were chased the entire time even after having Bruce the maintenance person bring 1 bait to the house. He also tried to get the fans working to no avail. Could use more bath towels for the number of people the house can accommodate. Kitchen is probably well stocked if you can find things. Stuff is everywhere. Some pots and pans could be thrown away as they are in bad shape. Advertises ice machine but not there even in the refrigerator, doesn't work. Fill ice trays in this day and time. Everything should be top notch for the price being charged.

Gorgeous house! It was very well stocked, plenty of room. They were great with communication. We would definitely stay there again!
