We had a wonderful stay at Hilltop. The house was clean and we had plenty of space for 3 couples to not feel like they were on top of each other. The rooftop patio is unmatched, perched high above all of HT with breathtaking views. The kitchen cookware could use an update. We did have the water run out and they quickly responded to get the tanks changed, we also had a minor hot water issue that was quickly resolved. The response time for these issues was better than expected. You should know that there are no golf carts allowed in the settlement so you have to carry everything about an 8-10 walk. I suggest packing grocery cooler bags. Great vacation, you definitely need a golf cart to enjoy the island. We would for sure stay here again. Loved it!

With lush plantings and gardens, the outside seating and dining provides plenty of room to spread out. An idea location in town, that is private and quiet, with waterviews from one bedroom and from the covered roof top deck. The electricity is provided primarily by solar power with a large amount of power storage, with an additional backup connection to the local power source for airconditioning. Sequential showers is the best approach to plenty of hot water. We stayed for 2 weeks 1/2024 and 3 weeks 2/2024 - it felt like a home not a rental.

Really enjoyed the covered outdoor areas (especially when it rained) and a great view from the rooftop lookout (the only place with a view). It was a long walk to our golfcart for the seniors in our group, but you could probably get by without a cart since you are so close to Vernon's grocery. The hot water was somewhat erratic although it was somewhat better after Carrie from ECP had the propane tank changed. Overall it was great to be in Hopetown for the first time after Dorian. Plus, I always feel safe in the Abacos.

We had dinner for 8-10 at the kitchen table with plenty of room to spread out. Love that the kitchen had plenty of supplies including a bbq. Bedrooms super comfortable with nice linens and pillows especially after a long day on the water.

The outdoor living space is even more amazing than the photos. Comfortable seating for 6-8 people on three different levels. The splash pool is lovely and the outdoor shower is heaven! The crows nest has amazing views anytime of the day! Inside everything is beautiful and comfortable. The 2 king bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are larger than any I have stayed in on the island. The open floor plan with the kitchen / dining and living area is beautiful and lends itself to lots of great family/friends time. The kayaks were greatly appreciated also!
