Close enough to walk into town and enjoy the local festivities or stay in either way this is the perfect getaway. Please remember all of our neighbors are full time residents or Riggins so please be respectful that this is their home and enjoy your stay ! We also have a 2nd 1 bedroom 1 bath cabin on this property that can also be rented if you need additional space

Stayed Jan 6, 2026Good communication. 2 large bedrooms master has huge walk in shower. 3rd BR had 2 beds. I an adult could use, other is a single. Dodnt use LV murphy bed.Kichen will stocked. Plenty of room in frig.TV had streaming and live channels.the road is skinny so if you have a trailer you should check it out 1st.Would stay again.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025The house was amazing! Pictures do not do it justice at all! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have spent more time. We are already talking about when we can come back with all the kids. It was pretty cool to see the deer hanging out right outside as well!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024I stayed in this home for two nights with two other work associates. The home was easy to find and the check-in process was easy. My favorite part of the house was the back deck with a sweeping view of the river and canyon. It was very quiet and clean and I would definitely stay there again.
