Hilltop Red House-Marina, View, Downtown, Pet, BBQ

As advertised, good location, and space for our family. Open and bright. No A/C which is normally not a problem, but it was uncommonly hot. There was an alarm going off at nearly property the first and second night, that eventually stopped. Walking distance to everything in Tofino, which was great. We would definitely rent this unit again.

This IS the ideal spot to base your Tofino adventures. Super clean, total comfy, fabulous view, and my favorite, a chef level kitchen where I can finish my day with my own cooking!

Fabulous location and views. Attentive to our needs; fixed the dryer when we reported it. We had a grand time.

We had a great stay at Hilltop House - perfect space for two couples. Right in the heart of Tofino - walkable to all the shops, restaurants, groceries, wharfs and trails. Staff at Tofino Vacation Rentals are wonderful - very promp, kind, helpful and easy to reach. This is our third stay booking with them. Highly recommend!

First and foremost the bed in the master was AMAZING!!!One of the best nights sleep I've ever had. The house was situated perfectly and central to everything. And an easy walk to most places. I had pre-booked whale watching and lo and behold it was directly across the street. The kitchen had all the basics you would need. It was a total bonus that the house had a washer/dryer as well. There were plenty of fresh fluffy towels and really nice shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. The host was really responsive and checked in a few times to make sure that we didn't need anything which we didn't. We did not end up using the BBQ but just FYI is a small one.

We have stayed in many rental properties, cabins and 5 star hotels. This trip was by far the favorite of all, the house accommodations met every need and more. The location and views SPECTACULAR !! Will be booking again in future ! Thank you

It was a good fit for two couples. We loved our stay. It had a nice view of the harbour and a pair of eagles.

Lovely property overlooking the sea in a great location, a short walk from the centre of Tofino. The beds were super comfortable and the property had everything we needed. Communication prior to checking in was brilliant too. Great experience all round. Thanks!

Fabulous in every way!!

We were pleasantly surprised with this property. The inside was very clean, updated, everything you need. And the view was amazing. We walked to all restaurants and shops in town that were all within 10 minutes from the house. The only drive was to the beaches.

Fantastic property with a great view.Very clean, and the property manager was in constant communication via text.The only drawback was parking. The owner only allows 1 car as other residents and a small class room are utilized on the property.

Perfect getaway/retreat for my family. Hilltop Red House was just right for us, very spacious and upper part/loft was perfect and private with its own bathrm. Lower bedrm was nice as well with two single beds and a full bathrm. Loved the Saltspring Soapworks hand soap,shampoo, conditioner,body wash.All three of us enjoy cooking and kitchen was well stocked. Location was ideal and if one so wanted you could walk into town. Central to beaches- enjoyed Chesterman and Long beach. Only one minor concern with rental was with propane stove- addressed concern with Jacqui ( office manager for Tofino Vacation Rental), very quick to reply on how to go about troubleshooting, we had no success and she offered to send someone out to look at it. Maintenance person came by that afternoon and fixed the issue. Appreciated the excellent communication with Danielle and Jacqui. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or to recommend this lovely home. *No cable available but not a problem - nice to “unplug”.

The hilltop red house was very well equipped and absolutely beautiful inside. we received lots of great information and really enjoyed our stay.

This hilltop house was perfect for our family trip! Everything is neat and clean and cozy, and right across from the whale watching tours. Would stay here again

This house was very clean and perfect for two couples. Great front porch looking at the bay was awesome. The beds were very comfortable, slept like a baby every night. The communication with the management was great, very responsive. My only complaint was that the kitchen was under stocked. No sauce pans, no lids for the frying pans, just very few cooking items. I would bring staples with you. I would definitely stay again!

Tofino is so beautiful and the property was amazing too. Perfect location for exploring tofino and coming back in the evening to relax. Would definitely book again.

One of the most magical places to visit -- Tofino and the west coast of Vancouver Island! Hilltop Red House is perfectly situated to all the amenities while making you feel like you're in a private nature area with no one else around. Accommodation was outstanding and the deck overlooking the harbour is perfect for sitting out and enjoying your coffee first thing in the morning. We're coming back!

We had a lovely stay at this home for the weekend. The house was beautiful and the view was incredible! We loved how close to town this location was, would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay to explore Tofino. It’s within easy walking distance of downtown and right across from the water. The coffee shop right at the bottom of the drive is also excellent. Just a note- if you have any mobility issues, due to the large driveway incline and lots of stair, this might not be for you. That being said, I cannot recommend Hill House and Tofino enough.
