Stayed Oct 8, 2021We had a great stay for a week in mid October, which we thought might be too late in the season to enjoy the beaches -- but it ended up being a beautifully sunny vacation! The house is spacious, comfortable and fully stocked, and the hosts are gracious, hospitable and attentive to all details. While the pool and back deck area are obviously less of an attraction in the fall, the hot tub and especially the great outdoors more than make up for this. There are miles of beaches, most of which were pretty empty even on warm and sunny days, and we enjoyed walks along coastlines and hikes through forests. You'll also wake up to find deer, turkeys and chipmunks all around -- a great way to escape the city!

Stayed Jun 24, 2021We had a truly incredible stay at this property - the house was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with all necessities. The pool/outdoor space is amazing and makes for the perfect trip without even having to leave the house. It was a pleasure to work with our hosts who were only a text or call away whenever needed. My group will absolutely be booking a return stay next summer - Couldn't ask for a better hamptons rental experience!! Thank you so much David and Richie!!

Stayed Jun 27, 2021Looking for a short escape with family and this property was perfect. Beautifully appointed with all the comforts of a resort. Our family loves to cook and David and Richie thought of everything when designing and equipping this home. The pool was perfect and provided much relief from the heat. The outdoor grill and spacious outdoor and indoor dining areas provided plenty of room all surrounded by a beautiful landscaped setting with well kept grounds. While it would have been nice to be closer to a beach, we found that the comforts of the property and pool exceeded our expectations and virtually eliminated our need to venture out with the crowds. Overall, an absolute gem and we'd book again without hesitation. Thank you David and Richie for sharing your home.
