Welcome to Via de Oro Estate by AvantStay!

Perched above Temecula’s rolling vineyards and sun-drenched ridgelines, Via de Oro Estate is a private hillside sanctuary designed for unforgettable gatherings. Just minutes from wine country tasting rooms, Old Town Temecula, and scenic horseback-riding trails, this expansive retreat pairs resort-style amenities with serene, far-reaching views—stretching across valleys that glow gold at sunset and shimmer under endless California skies.

Inside, wide-open spaces and clean, modern tones meet soaring ceilings and thoughtfully designed interiors. The grand entry gives way to a series of bright, polished living areas—from the fireplace lounge to the cozy TV room—each capturing natural light and hillside scenery. The chef’s kitchen is built for entertaining, with stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, and seamless flow to both the breakfast nook and the dining room for ten. Large bedrooms with spa-like ensuites offer a sense of calm and luxury, while oversized mirrors, smooth stone textures, and crisp styling create a retreat that feels both elevated and welcoming.

Entertainment unfolds in every direction. Challenge your group in the game room—complete with foosball, pool, cards table, and a big-screen TV—or unwind in the private movie room with plush seating for seven. The fitness studio and sauna bring a wellness-forward touch, while outdoor amenities turn the estate into a full resort experience. Spend your days by the sparkling pool and hot tub, gather around the firepit with seating for eleven, or enjoy friendly competition with ping pong, cornhole, and your very own tennis court. Multiple outdoor dining tables accommodate up to eighteen guests, making alfresco meals effortless. As the sun dips, head to the second-floor deck to take in colorful horizons and quiet evening breezes—one of the property’s many unforgettable moments.

With five spacious ensuite bedrooms—each featuring a king or queen bed plus a full sleeper—Via de Oro Estate comfortably hosts up to twenty guests. Whether you’re here for wine tasting, family celebrations, or a peaceful escape surrounded by California’s natural beauty, this hillside haven sets the stage for memories that linger long after your stay.
