Hilltop Cottage with room to roam on 20 acres. NO CLEANING FEE

One of my best experiences visiting hot springs. I highly recommend this cottage. Very clean with beautiful views and super close shopping centers.

The property is beautiful and there is a lot of room to explore. There are many decorative pieces in the home that make you smile and know the owners truly love to make the place comfortable. The well prepared fireplace is ready to be lit. A front porch perfectly ready for your morning coffee. Just bring a book and enjoy a laid back property. I would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean and everything was great. It was located pretty much right at the beginning of the main strip in Hot Springs so it was the perfect starting point for any adventure. Would definitely stay here next time we come down.

Driveway was a little small for turning a 40ft gooseneck trailer in but other then that it's a beautiful place

This property is absolutely amazing. From the private drive, having all the space you need, you are welcome to roam the whole property, its so quiet also, to all little details in the house I'm just speechless. the house is fully stocked for a night or a week of staying. All the little details, washer pods, dryer sheets, coffee and tea, soap and shampoo. All you really need is snacks and drinks. The beds were amazing and the house is fully updated. You are minutes away from everything and less then 15 from downtown. We will definitely be back soon. You would be a fool not to rent here!

Clean, well-maintained and all the comforts of home including wifi, smart TVs and cute kitchen..this is my 2nd time staying here....once you find a gem you don't need anything else

Hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive to messages! The house was lovely and spotless, just what we needed for a little get away. It was a great place to sit and clear your mind but also close enough to town to see the sites. 5/5 stars from us

Brad and Devon were great hosts, and the property was terrific. Drinking coffee while watching the deer graze and squirrels play was a wonderful way to start our 35th wedding anniversary.
