Hillside Home with Valley Views

Everything was great!

This was an amazing property for our family, especially for the holidays! Everything was neat as a pin! The separation of space for various families and young adults was perfect! The outdoor patios, deck, and pool areas were perfect for gathering. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool table in the lower level was a favorite for all! Last, but not least, were the spectacular views, framed by the many large Picture windows. We would recommend this property to anyone!

The property is beautiful!! The neighborhood is full of kind neighbors that say hello as we walked. It is very clean and the communication with the team was top notch! The house is big enough that if you need a break from togetherness the space is available! Would 100% recommend!!! Thank you!

Unfortunately, it rained a good deal of the time we were there. We were only able to use the pool one day. The weather was also cooler than expected. The house was lovely and clean. Suggestion: grab bars in the shower, written directions for how to turn on and use TV's with the different remotes.

Everything was perfect

This place was awesome for our family Easter get away. All 4 couples had their own rooms and bathrooms. The pool and outside area was where we spent most of our time. I would highly recommend this place.

This house was the perfect base of operations for our MTB race team during the Cactus Cup race this year. The house is absolutely wonderful with more room than we anticipated. The property is relatively close to all that Fountain Hills has to offer. The place was convenient, quiet and well maintained. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The house was awesome and accommodated 4 families totaling 12 occupants very well! Plenty of shared spaces and places for alone time.

We loved this house! The house is beautiful! The location is perfect for being close to the city and activities, but also far enough away from the city to enjoy the calm of a smaller town. Communication was awesome! The property management got back to my questions right away. Would recommend this listing to Al of my friends and family.

We came as a group of seven for celebration of life for my twin sister. I have never did a Vrbo so this was my first experience. If this is like any other rental, I will do this again. The place is immaculate. And the host responds immediately. Had a small problem with no hot water in the primary sweep. I called her and they had somebody out with a half an hour. Problem solved.. The whole process was a breeze, which was so nice because this was a stressful situation. Will definitely do this again. I think we will rent this place once a year just to get all of our family together. The pictures are exactly what this house looks like. Thank you so much for the use of your house.

2nd time we have stayed at this house this year. Everything about the house works so well, the beds, the size, the backyard and pool is amazing. Great hosts. We will be back a 3rd time.

Comfortable living area and very nice amenities. There was way more space than our family of 6 could fully utilize and we felt it was more than sufficient space for even 10-12 people comfortably. Despite being in the middle of a neighborhood, we felt there was nice privacy for our family while out on the patio/pool area. The location was also convenient for getting to the very nice local golf courses (all within a 12 minute drive in Fountain Hills). We would recommend the home to other families looking for an AZ getaway.

This pics do not do this beautiful home justice. We were so excited to stay here and when we walked in we were instantly impressed but the enormity of this gorgeous home. We had so much fun for the week we were here! We will be back for sure!
